After 6 years staying with my family at this hotel, located in such a special place, I must say that since covid it has been worst every Year. Specially since its management group changed to el greco group. It is not a 4 stars hotel level, even though the price is. The service quality, the meals quality, the cleaning services, animmation options are getting worse. All employees are kind but seem work overloaded, tired and in stress. Even though we see they try to do their best. This situation is related with Cristina Hernandez, the hotel manager, who treats everyone - employees and guests- in the most unkind way. I’ve noticed this situation several times. This person is not customer driven at all, nor has the right profile to manage hotels and teams. With this management I’ll give up my holidays week in Delfin.
