Did not allow people to check in early. After being told on the phone we can (drive 3 hrs wanted to change before attending a wedding at 1). We came back between the ceremony and reception had 5 mins until 3pm. She rudely said to other it isn’t 3pm. The guy ahead of me said well we have been waiting a very long time and it is 2:55. Very poor customer service!

The room was clean, but a little run down. There wear tears in the carpet, and the cleaning service never used a vacuum. While it's clean and functional, you can tell this hotel is old and hasn't been renovated in a while.
The pool area was clean and uncluttered.

Very easy access from the highway. From the moment I walked into the hotel to moment I left the hotel everything was wonderful. Even the 10 police officers that were on our floor for a domestic dispute. The hotel staff and police handled everything quietly and respectfuly. Staff was very kind and friendly, hotel was clean and inviting.
