利奧飯店(Hotel Leo)

I booked a suite for 280 tax per night. I was given a small room with a bed and not a single chair. The only restaurant was a bar with bar food. There was never anyone at the front desk when I needed assistance. It is definitely not a safe area to park.

I loved the art, architecture, and friendly staff! We did not have chance to try the extra features (ex: escape room), so we definitely need to come back!

It was a great experience! The front desk person went out of his way to straighten out a booking problem I had and then personally insured our comfort when we arrived.

Awesome accommodating staff, A21 the bar was on point with charming beverages and small plates. Beautiful lobby and hotel has a super unique history. Room was unusual, fun, but not quite four stars as it had a ‘worn’ feeling tone, rather than the retro feel in the pictures. Bathroom was cramped and had mildew in the shower. Lots of dogs as their policy is very friendly for fur babies. Tons of fabulous eating joints. Whole area is welcoming to everyone.

The hotel is over 100 years old and is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and decorated well. Very comfortable. The Lounge is excellent with good drinks and food.

Hotel Leo had a great vibe and wonderful bar area. Our room was large and nicely appointed. The downside is the lack of hotel parking. We were told to find a meter on the street which we were lucky to find when we checked in. We were also lucky parking was free after 6pm on Saturday night. The other downside was the bar across the street which was quite loud. We did appreciate the earplugs. If we return, we'll know to park at a friends and UBER

It was extremely noisy during last night between 1-3 am. People were yelling and fighting in hallway. Did not get a restful sleep. No phone in room, so unable to contact front desk. Unwilling too open our hotel room door and intercept with violence. Purposely did not get roaming on phone, as we were from out of country and wanted to have a media free holiday, but was ready to call 911. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is located in downtown bellingham, which places you in walkable distance to many great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

This is a downtown centrally located hotel within walking distance of tons of great food, weekend farmers market, bus stops for trips further afield etc. the room was clean and the staff so nice. But there is a reason there are earplugs in your room. It’s loud by nature of the location. Train tracks not far away, loud people at night, walls not well insulated. It’s in a not-so-great area of town, but I never felt unsafe. Typical homeless and drug issues plaguing most NW cities.
