貝爾維爾萬豪TownePlace飯店(TownePlace Suites Belleville)

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, the suite was clean, and the breakfast had a better selection than expected. The suite came fully stocked with everything we needed. The room had dish soap and other items that we've found lacking at other suites. We'll now be looking for TownePlace Suites.

Hot tub jets did not work. A hot or jacuzzi is there for people to relax, regenerate. This one,jets did not work asked maintenance guy...he says...it is what it is. Just wow,why have it???!!

Shravan is an amazing front desk employee !! Such a kind heart ! We had the best service and best time! The breakfast isn’t the best , but hey; it’s free 😍

I just reached one hour before checking in time and won’t allow me to check in. Usually I know they don’t mind if customer reached before check in time. And she was so rough too. I don’t even stay there just because of her attitude and behaviour she was just ready to cancelled my reservation I feel like she was pushing me to cancel my reservation although they 13 room left even though she didn’t allow me one hour prior check in even I request her give me any kind of toon doesn't matter she refused!! I left building very disappointed. I waisted my time and money never ever suggests any one to go there!!!!!

Excellent customer service, great rooms and facilities. Smart layout. Very impressed, will stay here again.

Great sleep. My only negative comment was about the hot tub. It wasn’t hot enough and the jets didn’t work well.

Four of us ladies had a great time. And we were in bed by 11pm same day we checked in. lol.
