Such an amazing hotel...rooms were excellent...service was fantastic

Then hotel had spacious rooms. Loved the queen beds and desk/lounge area. For price, we got everything we needed. Shower could have been cleaner...corners had some mold. They use large pump bottles of shampoo etc. That were eco friendly but I usually dont like that. The refrigerator was eco friendly but it didnt keep my dairy cold. Beds were firm. Pillows were comfortable. It had extra couch bed. We were in 1st floor and there were people smoking pot and parked outside right by windows. Wecalled and they moved our room right away. The gym and pool were closed due to renovation but it never specified on site. Breakfast was good.

Pool was closed without notification for our entire 5 day stay (major disappointment for the kids). We were also told that the room would be serviced every-other-day, but it was only serviced the day before our departure and after we mentioned that we had not seen anyone yet after day 3. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Long wait for check-in (approx. 15 minutes) because of the group in front of us and there only being one attendant at the desk. Our room was spacious but right off of the lobby so that it was louder than we would have liked in the early mornings.

Hotel was decent. Parking wasn't good. most of the parking is in the back, and it always had this gas/diesel smell in the back lots. The swimming pool was out of service the whole time we were there. they had 2 set of washer/dryer, but only one was functional. Room was ok, you can tell the carpet haven't been clean in a week. We never took our shoes off, beside going to sleep and shower.

The room and lobby were clean and functioned well. The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was unavailable and that is why I chose this place. The breakfast options were many, but the eggs were rubbery, inedible. We would stay here again!

We had a super comfortable and restful time. Room was large and good layout. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on weekends includes waffles. Weekdays just basic stuff. That could be better, maybe. We had an issue with noisy neighbors one night and staff took care of it right away. Very close to metro and easy to get to DC.

First time staying here with the family and after a long day of travels we wanted to get in the hot tub the button was broken there were no towels in pool or gym area. The handicap seat that goes in hot tub was very rusted that was so awful. The pool are was very dirty with hair balls on the floor Another concern after 8pm you can only get in with key card the day we stood there the main entrance front door was broken allowing anyone to walk in freely felt unsafe. I just called management to complain and they have not returned my call this whole experience was horrible

this is a nice hotel not the cheapest, they should at least allow you to use the pool their pool hours are 11am-10pm. when its in its own inside room away from hotel rooms. The gym is 24 hours the pool should be also. or at least open t 6am

Clean, well located. Walls are very thin, you hear the neighbours. Swimming pool is closed for renovation, which was not mentioned on the description. Breakfast is spare if you come after 9 am.
