酒店在一條安靜的街道上,離市中心有點距離。我們習慣步行去領略城市的美,所以用了大概3個鐘沿着河堤頭走去市中心和泰坦尼克號船廠。回到酒店附近開始覓食,在酒店對麪的巷子裏有個超市,購物方便。最驚喜的是,超市隔壁有個泰國餐廳,人聲鼎沸,食客很多,去晚了就沒位置了,味道價格也還可以的。

Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

房間非常但非常小,但一晚還可以而且乾淨。淋浴在房間裏和洗手池裏-沒有真正的私人,但還可以。第二天早上去吃早餐-8.50我們是不是對任何桌子或乾淨的桌子處以罰款。他們在那裏的小餐館周圍沒有清潔人員。在我們從以前的人身上清理桌子後,我們去了吃早餐。那裏沒有東西,最糟糕的是沒有人在那裏重新歸檔任何東西!好像是什麼時候消失了!!!我們烤了一些鬆餅,我們在想也許他們做飯的時候,我們在那裏呆了一個小時,這樣我們就可以沒有問題,但是沒有....,就像我說的,一個女孩來了9.45,開始打掃滿桌子,但真的滿桌子。我認爲酒店應該在早上找一些員工你不需要很多員工,但如果你能坐在乾淨的桌子上,吃一頓我們支付的美味早餐,那就太好了!!!

非常熱情的接待。牀很舒服。咖啡/茶用起來有點棘手,本來會喜歡燒水壺。僅提供2個茶袋。淋浴效果很棒,但衹有2個成人共享1塊沐浴露-當它不是昂貴的物品時有點傻。房間裝飾得很好。當時很吵,但是我們被警告了這一點,所以從凌晨5.20點開始就不足為奇了。 美麗的酒店。沒有早餐,所以無法發表評論。休息室宏偉,但沒有酒水,因為沒有顯示價格。 我會推薦這家酒店為我們支付的價格和神話般的位置。

I was extremely dissatisfied to discover my booking for Monday the 20th was cancelled and relocated to a different hotel which I did not want to stay in. However, I was willing to just re-arrange my booking. I phoned ibis reception to a very rude women to organise to re-arrange my booking, and she said she had no bookings for the 20th. Therefore. I proceeded in telling the member of staff that I had made the booking on booking.com, in which the company she worked for had rearranged my booking, she just rudely replied “cancel your booking online”, I wasn’t asking to cancel I was wanting to re-arrange, I then asked for the number of the hotel I was being moved too and she said just cancel it on booking.com AGAIN, I didn’t think it would be difficult to pass on the number of the hotel I was being moved too (which wasn’t my fault in the first place) . I was so disappointed, and I certainly don’t want to rearrange if that’s the way they treat their customers.
