This was the best hotel stay I've had in years. Highly recommend!

Great facility!!! Great location!!! Great service!!! Enjoyed the stay.

Requested a wake up call and they forgot, The Shower had no Hot water , the door deadbolt was barely hanging on by two large loose screws. And upon checking out the night auditor was absolutely rude and unprofessional towards some other guests checking in. I’ve emailed Holiday Inn my complaints and I’ve yet to receive a response. Also the hotel smelled very musty. Stay elsewhere if you can.

This place has a small bar in the hotel with a great vibe, and good selection of beers and an awesome bartender Bri! If your flight gets canceled, or looking for a place to get away or stay before catching a flight I would recommend this hotel. Not 5 stars, but great for the above and clean and nice. Did not have the best shower pressure, but great overall!

Good basics here - comfy bed, clean, good shower, roomy. Some fine touches could be better; we did not get our in room coffee renewed, and coffee in lobby is a short supply. Really not much around this hotel, their own and one other restaurant. Nice and quiet. If the price is right.m, I would stay again.

I liked the convenient location close to the airport. However, I was not happy with the room for one. I was charged $150 through ******* for one bed and it had what looked like a double sleeper sofa, and I was alone. One night for one person, even during holiday weekend should not be that much, but when you're in need, you pay. The room would have been perfect had I traveled with other people.

telling us stories of past visitors and trips but also expressed how fascinated and how much she loved seeing and even getting to interact with the Furries that were there attending the con next door, so much so that in our last encounter with her just before we left, she started getting emotional knowing that the furries and us were all going back home and that it would be a whole year till we returned for IFC. I speak for my 2 companions that we thank you for your hospitality and kind nature as it made our stay just that bit more personal and memorable, we hope to see you next year for years to come.

The place was very clean, the rooms were clean, very well put together, and the staff at the front desk were fantastic. The hotel shuttle staff were great as well. Always remember to tip your driver's they are very important people to get us all from the airport to the hotel safely. We had a great trip. Thank you all for a wonderful trip!

The property was clean. It was extremely busy, which is good, however that made for a lot of inconveniences. We had to park around the back and one of the outside back doors was not working which meant we needed to walk around front. We then realized there was another back door that was kept unlocked which became a safety concern. We also only had three towels in a room that slept four. There were no trash cans around the dining area, however, the dining staff were very attentive even though we brought our food in so that was appreciated.
