Excellence location with the friendly services. Recommended place to stay, which is near to the airport and premium outlet.

There were dogs everywhere and they were in the pool. I didn’t pay $335 a night to swim with dogs. The people and staff were great. The property is old and run down!!!! I can’t believe I paid that much for a room like that!!

Although the location was convenient, the hotel itself was bad. The room was small, dirty, outdated, and had issues. The shower looked moldy in the corners, the bathroom door didn't shut, and the shower control handle was loose and fell off. The pool area was nice and we met some fun people there, but there weren't always towels poolside. For the cost, per night (about $330) I expected more from a Hampton Inn. I should have spent another $150 a night and stayed at a nearby resort I had used in the past. I would never go back to this hotel, and we used Hampton Inn exclusively on out trip (13 nights total.) No way I would recommend this hotel.

This is an older hotel - not sure if it was always a Hampton Inn. Regardless of being older - the staff kept it clean. The rooms were small and I didn't like the bathroom sink in the room and the bathroom so small. There was a bathtub but it was pretty small - so I wouldn't consider using it. Breakfast was okay - just a simple fare. Love the area this hotel is in.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were pretty much as indicated. It was convenient to pretty much everything. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was hot and plentiful with different options. Only negative experience was upon check-in with the employee being very short. Everyone else was very kind and helpful.

The stay was okay. We stayed for 1 night. We were first given keys to a room that was not cleaned. I entered the room to find a disheveled unmade bed. The front desk clerk apologized, and we waited for about 5-10 minutes while she checked for another room. When we got to the 2nd room, one of the room keys we were issued did not work. After those issues, the rest of our stay was fine. For anyone unfamiliar with this area...There is a lot of air traffic noise because there is a landing ***** right next to the hotel.

Bea at the front desk was extra special. She helped us navigate the traffic around there amd told us the best times to come and go to avoid traffic. All of the staff was great

We had no heat our first night. When we called we were told to take the batteries out of the device on the wall... still no heat. It got down to 43 in our room. We were moved the next morning to a new room with heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn on Hilton Head Island. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. Breakfast was delightful as well as those who helped with it. We will be back! Thank you to everyone!
