周圍環境很不錯，價格適中，但是房間設施一般，工作人員服務很不錯。

酒店位置就在碼頭邊，位置較好；酒店乾淨、衞生；酒店設施一般，類似國內快捷酒店；因2點開始辦理入住，此時入住人較多，但也就一個人辦理，要等一會。

房間不錯，就是淋浴頭有點漏水

位置出行不錯,周圍很多按摩吃的，還有夜市！風景不錯

The room is clean, breakfast provided sufficient to kickstart your morning. Shades, 6-7 mins walking distance from Harbourfront ferry terminal.

Hotel location is perfect, just about 5 minutes walk from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. I didn't get an Extra Bed as indicated in my room reservation. The reception said all extra beds were taken up. It seems the extra bed were granted to Guests on first-check-in-first-served basis. I ended up paid an additional room. Rooms are not sound proo. Noise from construction works across the road that continue working through the night and music from the Night Market disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was good but wish to have more varieties.

Zest Hotel Batam exceeded my expectations! The modern and vibrant design creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms are cosy, clean, and well-maintained. The staff truly shine – they’re warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, close to shopping and dining spots. Great value for money, especially with the comfortable amenities and seamless service. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Batam!
