I left the hotel to make a store run around 4:30 am came back 20 mins later so I can get ready for work and my key didn’t work. I had to chase down the front desk worker. She was actually preparing for breakfast and the key was fine she said the battery was dead to the room door . She did ask if she could put me in another room but all of my things was in that room including my work clothes. I had to leave my things and go home to get more clothes for work so now I need to see if their going to give me a free night because I was force to leave at 5am and not check out time which was 11

Check in was pleasant and fast. The hotel smelled like mold and mildew. Upon arriving in the room the bathroom smelled like urine, no fresh towels. The towels look like they had been using and just folded and put back. Mildew around the bottom of the toilet, paint peeling from inside the tub. I went to close the curtains and floor was soaked in water from the air conditioner unit. Will never stay again.

Hell hole. No card keys. $25 Cash deposit required for 1 house key for room access. Room door wouldn’t close. No TV remote. No fridge in room. Ceramic tile falling loose in room. Breakfast juice machine inoperative. Dirty pool. Must hunt for clean towels. This was a 2 day stay.

Bed was comfortable but was disappointed with the pillows. Room was clean but the carpet needs cleaning.

I wasn’t all that pleased with my stay. The remote didn’t work to the TV and there were no face towels. Also, the cleanliness and appearance of the overall hotel could stand to be improved.

THERE WAS NO ROOM SERVICE, NO VARIETY HOT BREAKFAST, AND DIRTY CARPET.

If you are looking just for a bed and shower this place is fine. If your looking to got to the first floor good luck the 1st button was broken so we had to use stairs which is fine for younger people, but keeping up with hotel standards a no go. Oh my good I don't want to mention how horrible check in was. No hello, no what's your last name, nothing nice or sweet just I need ID. The white lady from Sat Feb 24 at 9pm should quit and never do customer service ever again. She was out loud complaining about never doing this shift again, about her job, could not find keys, and I could keep going on the front desk staff, but it would frustrate travelers. Bring your own pillows mine had blood splatter and no pillow protectors on any pillows. Couldn't find pillow cases for replacement. For being a past Guest Service Manager myself I do understand late night check ins and in multiple positions you have to for front desk and the people for 18 years, and I know this hotel is leaving a whole hotel and people in hands of incompetent people. Good luck never again pay the extra money and go somewhere else it's not worth it for couples on a romantic getaway from kids.

Deposit needed is twice of that of holiday in. Our room smelt mildewy. Pills are smaller than my head. It was a okay place but for a little more you can get better. Breakfast did have a decent array of options though.
