舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Batesville)

After a long drive, the front dest attrndant allowed us to check in a little early. We were very grateful. Breakfast was good. Interstate noise is a bit loud, especially from these terrible truck drivers that Jake-brake every chance they get. I would recommend thos hotel over Holiday Onn and Suites any day. They actually pay attention to special requests on your room. Great stay.

Everything was good as before. The staff is the friendliest. Ran out of certain foods due to the hotel having lots of guests. The older lady in the breakfast area was so sweet.

I made reservations while on the road, actually headed to the hotel. We were about 2 hrs out. I went thru ******* (no problems). I opted tp pay at desk when arrived. After my reservations were confirmed, I realized the hotel was not pet friendly. I called the hotel directly and spoke to a gentleman. I informed him (all i just typed). He told me the hotel policy on dogs ( they do accept service dogs). So he cancelled my reservation but let me know there is a $76 cancellation fee because same day of reservation. I disputed this, he told me to call ******* and maybe they could help. They did help, they called hotel and got same result. ******* called next day to speak to mgr, my reservation was cancelled but now they charged me for a NO SHOW. ******* was done. I called hotel again, of course mgr was not in, so i told my issues again Was told i would get a call back next day. Still waiting.....

A very good place to stay. Missed the chance to try the breakfast but no serious complaints or problems

Only one elevator available and it didn’t work in the morning. Had to carry tons of luggage down 3 flights of stairs

Check in was very slow, the mattress did not have a bug protector cover, shower was molded in corners, refrigerator had water leaking out of it.

Service and staff were nice. Check in/check out and booking were simple and easy. However, the room could have been cleaned better. There was hair still on the toilet, but overall not bad for one night.

It was very nice stay . We only stayed one night . Look the breakfast muffins over . The 2 I got were molded .

For a newish hotel it was disappointing. The hallway had a weird smell and our room smelled like dirty feet. The front desk people were not friendly and the eggs were gross. Pros- The bed was relatively comfortable and the room was nice size.
