Nice place near to shoping centre and government offices

Hotel is at a very open location, afew KMs of batam center. Very exquisite feel from the outside n inside. Place is nice, rooms & toilets are clean. Just that the aircons from the lobby to the rooms aren't functioning well.

Good ambience. Near One Batam Mall, can walk 15-20 minutes to the mall.

房間外觀真的很漂亮，但是類似需要更改這樣做得太陰森了，我住了三天，説實話三個晚上都沒，但是外觀是真的漂亮，我建議老闆把內飾從新裝修

Its nice hotel in budget price and near to ferry terminal batam

Hotel 01 Batam is the most unique Hotel, Interesting n very different from the norm.Egyptian theme decor with beautiful painting on the wall .Day time looks so bright n is great for Instagram photos. Nite time mysterious n so serene. 2nd stay there n is highly recommended as staff are pleasant , place very clean n is also reasonable.Location wise very good 5 mins Batam Ferry , Mega n Batam 1 mall. Worth a visit to this unique hotel.

The hotel stuff including housekeeper are kind, sweet, helpful and hospitality but what made me dissapointed is they used very old pillow it's already turned to white to yellow colour but when I asked to housekeeper they changed cleaner one for me and thank you for that.

Great location, great hotel and clean room. However, there are mosquitoes in the room and the sheet has some stains despite having been washed.

服務無可挑剔！工作人員很平易近人，而且都非常友善。房間也很大！而且他們有適合所有類型適配器的插座，這對所有遊客來說都是很大的幫助！唯一的問題是我的房間裡有很多蚊子，床上也有臭蟲。我希望管理階層能夠採取行動，因為員工們已經做得很好了！

Theme hotel, the environment is good, the room is large and comfortable.Suitable for a family to live in.But the swimming pool is not taken care of, it is very dirty and dangerous.Not recommended.

裝修獨特，環境一流，設施非常老舊，水龍頭水很小，下水道堵了，房間很侷促，不過前台非常友善

hotel Theam, hospitality, amendments and locations are value for money。 Small issue bed sheets and blankets are not cleaned properly, and Stains are visible。 Free of Bed bugs and slept tightly。

Overall positive impression,the staff were incredibly friendly , cleanliness and beautiful location.. I loved everything about this hotel!
