Lake 21 is a small 69 acre quite lake with no public access and great fishing!Beautiful views from deck. Cottage is located toward the end of a private cul-de-sac.The cottage sleeps 6. With one full size bed and two queen beds. Also has pull out sofa in living area for kids.Kitchen is fully stocked.Bathroom has sink, toilet and showerBath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets provided. Gas grill is ready for use on the deck overlooking the lake.There are several stairs to the water and beautiful new deck with it's own dock.The 15' aluminum Grumman boat w/15 hp, 4-stroke awaits with a full tank of gas. ******THE LAKE HOUSE ON GUN LAKE YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR******This essential lake house sits right on the lake front on what is referenced as the gold coast of Gun Lake due to its perfectly golden sandy bottom beaches and expansive views with the cleanest freshest water on the lake in part to the springs. With no road to cross to the lake and no busy road in your back yard you can sit back and enjoy all the lake has to offer in peace. The large expansive dock complete with loungers give plenty of room for a large group to hang out all day in the water. Plenty of seating on the deck to watch the sunset while cooking on the Weber grill. Inside will not disappoint as it has been completely rehabbed and shows like brand new. Four bedrooms and two and half baths give plenty of comfortable sleeping room with no over crowded rooms and beds stacked on top of each other. The master bedroom features and king size adjustable bed on the main floor, the 2nd bedroom on main floor features a queen adjustable bed, the lakeside upstairs bedroom with incredible views has a queen adjustable bed and the other bedroom upstairs is over sized with large walk in closet and has two queen adjustable beds. The living area sits lakeside with wonderful views has a great sectional couch, two swivel chairs to enjoy coffee by morning and cocktails by night, as well as a 75" tv. The dining and kitchen area are host to brand new appliances complete with dishwasher and a beverage fridge. The large dining table seats 6-7 and the kitchen island accommodates four barstools. Al the kitchen essentials you would need from crockpot, to blender, to serving dishes you will be set. Washer and dryer on site as well for your convenience. Please note that these are shared with the second rental on the property.Is the grill propane?Yes, it is a propane grill. Each guest is responsible for properly using and cleaning the grill after use.What are the check-out instructions?We’ll send you detailed check-out instructions the day before your departure. If you'd like to review them earlier, feel free to message us.Can I use the waterfront area?Absolutely! The waterfront area is shared between Lakeside Cottage and Casa Lakeview. Our only lift is currently used for our pontoon boat (which you're welcome to book separately—just message us for details). However, you’re welcome to tie off to the dock. Please message us in advance to confirm dock space availability for your boat.How do I access the dock?You can access the dock by following the path on the left side of the Lakeside Cottage property (4246 Trails End Rd). This path leads directly to the dock, where you’ll find our rentable pontoon, kayak rack, and paddleboats.Can I use the unopened snacks, soda, or condiments in the fridge or pantry?Yes! This is our summer home, and we love sharing what we’ve stocked with our guests. We run this on the honor system—if you use something, please replace it with a similar item. Before checking out, please discard any perishable items. You’re welcome to leave unopened, non-perishable goods for the next guest.Is there a grocery store nearby?Yes! We recommend Tom’s on Gun Lake—it’s the closest option and well-stocked with everything you need, including beer, wine, ice, fresh produce, and a meat market.
