The Staff is excellent, polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean! Close to restaurants and entertainment and very quiet! I give this hotel 10 plus! Location is great too. I forgot to mention that breakfast is free and delicious!

Supposed to be non-smoking … it reeked like cigarettes!
Advertisement said 3 beds… only had 2, seems to be wrongly described.
Huge puddle on bathroom floor… had to switch rooms.
Hot in room, changed thermostat … but heat did not cool at all
Could hear the people above us walking around

The area outside the sliding door to our room was covered in dog poop. The bathroom fan was falling from the ceiling. Tub had mouldy caulking. I was afraid to put my luggage on the floor. We immediately canceled our stay. The front desk was very good to deal with. The area including the hotel had a lot of shady people loitering and was told from the next hotel we stayed at that that street has alot of ********** etc. and would not recommend to stay in that area

Room smelled like smoke enough that we had to open the sliding door (which had broken screen). The washroom door was completely missing the door handle so you could not close or lock the bathroom door and could see inside.

The hotel was clean. The pool was very cold (broken heater maybe) and the hot tub was very hot and cloudy. The breakfast was fine but the toaster was broken. In general, the place seemed pretty run-down.

check in was easy room was decent but defiantly needs some touch up on paint ect. breakfast was alright, not many options and eggs were very bad, undercooked. overall an alright stay.
