巴蘭基亞鄰近Cementerio Universal的飯店

酒店比較老了。如圖房間的沖涼房是開放的，沒有門導致濕氣太重。整個房間衝刺着潮濕的味道，長久下來比較難聞。真的不要看所謂的攜程，booking星級標準。很多標的酒店五星就是坑！！！！評分也是坑！！！ 選酒店還是要選比較新的，以及大品牌連鎖酒店，至少不會差到哪去。 隔壁的hotel barranqilla plaza,更是糟糕，連普通幾十塊錢賓館都不如。booking居然都評級五星，評分8.4-9.1！！！ 超級無敵坑！！ 因為出差帶了產品不方便走遠，在barranqilla plaza住了一晚搬到隔壁的這個酒店，稍好點但真的好不到哪去！！體驗最糟糕的一次出差住宿。 請選擇新的酒店，新的！！

這個酒店真的挺不錯，位置還可以，服務不錯，酒店房間很大很寬敞，非常乾淨衛生，價格也很實惠，很值得推薦。

這是我們在6個多晚住宿的3家酒店中的第一個。這是一家較老的酒店,但一直保持不變。唯一的抱怨是我們無法控制房間裏的空調單元。他們的員工會說英語,並且很友好,知識淵博。他們每天早上都有很好的早餐,我們的早餐費也包含在內。屋頂看起來他們可能正在做一些工作。但是可以進入,可以欣賞巴蘭基利亞*(最好在晚上看城市燈光)。游泳池在第三層,還有一個酒吧區(不確定酒吧的時間)尺寸不錯。

這個酒店位置不錯，門口就是Extro大超市，很方便！房間很大但設施有點老舊，特別是廁所馬桶蓋翻上去就被洗手台擋住馬上掉下來！我住的是套間，空調聲音太大了，打開窗戶又不舒服（巴蘭基亞靠河又靠近加勒比海，外麪空氣太潮濕了）所以勉強接受了，順便吐槽一下，巴蘭基亞的機場好小啊，到達處機場廁所衹有單間的鎖門的那種，太神奇了！

我們在Movich Buró 51度過了愉快的時光。我們的航班延誤,我們半夜到達,但我們的入住代理非常友好和專業。早餐服務很棒,服務無可挑剔。肯定會重複,並強烈推薦。

這裏是非常中心的,靠近維va購物中心、餐館和藥店,主人服務熱情和溫。他們支持你提供有關行業和景點的信息,自助餐的食物是多樣的,味道不錯。只有互聯網和電視服務才能改善,而且還能適應房間溫度。

Employees very friendly, breakfast buffet it’s the best in town, nice swimming pools, bartenders súper friendly especially Fernando and Donaldo and the front desk staff are amazing. Rooms clean and modern, overall very good experience

This hotel was completely disgusting, full of mould and damp throughout the hotel. The restaurant floor appeared not to have been cleaned for many months as the dirt was really ground in, the nets and curtains were also mouldy and filthy too. We had to change rooms twice due to the fact that my husband was struggling to breath due too the conditions. The gym was completely filthy and the breakfast was the same each day, and they did not have anything Vegan for me either. There was nothing nice about this hotel. The restaurant menu was dreadful, old and uninviting. The staff were slow to respond to any asks. The bath had obvious cracks in it, however they had just been painted over. This hotel needs a lot of money spent on it to firstly address the mould and damp issues. The replies to the reviews from the hotel stated that they were in the process of completing some maintenance work, almost 2 years ago, however this place has not been touched in any aspect for many, many years! AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO POTENTIALLY BECOME ILL!! This hotel is down as a 3/4 star, but 1.5 at the very best. I have always been fair around my reviews, so for me to write this, it was absolutely dire 😔

Very bad experience. We booked for the carnival in the autumn to make sure we had accommodation and tickets. The booking was with right of cancellation up to a week before, about 3 February. In January they started messaging me on Booking and whatsapp (the writer was two people who didn't communicate with each other, so I had to update both chats), threatening me that if I didn't pay the full amount within a few days they would cancel my booking. After much pressure we decided, reluctantly, to pay. After a week they set up a group chat on whatsapp (no one gave them permission), storming us with messages with the carnival programme and saying there were tickets for the hotel. When we arrived the lady at the reception desk told us that the tickets were gone, upon our remonstrances, she started to respond in a very rude and arrogant manner. She verbally attacked us that we had to buy the tickets first and that it was not their problem at this point. After that we went to the carnival and they tried to rob us immediately, tired of everything, we went back to the hotel (we hadn't even taken the room yet), we asked to leave and to get a refund since we had paid in advance despite the fact that the Booking rules clearly stated that we could cancel. Of course they didn't give us any refund. Very bad service.

Staff was friendly but the hotel looked poorly managed. Lobby was very warm, got to our floor and again very warm hallways. The a/c was off. I was able to turn it on later during the evening. As soon as we got to our room there was a moist storage like smell. We had two rooms and both were the same. They did get better after running the a/c and circulating the air for a while. Not something expected when booking a decent hotel. Went to take a shower and there was only one towel (room for 2), called the front desk but the towels never showed up, had to get them myself. One of the rooms had dirty/stained ceilings, dirty/dusty a/c unit, mold on the corner and loose bathroom faucet. The other room was in much better condition. They were getting trying to get us another room but not before we had to leave for the evening. Wen we got back no one checked on us to see if we wanted to change rooms or how we were doing. At that point we had settled and did not feel like complaining any more. Only one elevator working. Not the best for social distancing. Rooms are spacious and very confortable, beds are great. I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.
