靈魂聖公寓飯店(Ainb Barcelona Sants Apartments)

Appartement bien situé proche du métro et dans un quartier calme, rien à dire sur le confort ni la propreté, malheureusement nous avions réservé un logement avec terrasse et celui qui nous a été attribué n’en avait pas. Pour une. Famille de 7 personnes avec des fumeurs, l’absence de la terrasse a été catastrophique

Lovely apartment located in Sants, nice area and local to shops and transport too. Very clean and tidy with great communications but please fix the bathroom door (closest the bedrooms) as it locks you in when you close it, happy we had other people to let each other out.

Rent og fint. Litt slitt, men god plass. Ok utstyrt kjøkken og pluss med vaskemaskin. Mye bråk utenfor om natta. Kun ettlags-vinduer, så det hørtes ut som folk festet på soverommet vårt. Slitsomt med lite søvn pga bråk, men sentral beliggenhet. Enkelt å komme seg til metroen, og godt utvalg i butikker i området. Bortsett fra mye bråk nattestid, var dette et fint sted å bo.

Bellissima casa curata in ogni dettaglio, veramente comoda, spaziosa e funzionale. L’appartamento era al piano terra, in un quartiere abbastanza centrale e molto carino. Comunicazione con l’host un po’ carente. Segnalo solo una porta a vetri in camera, che aprendola regala una vista su oggetti, pezzi di legno e di ferro antichi. Potrebbe essere sistemata e fare da fantastico spazio all’aperto!

Appartement très agréable, et sécurisé! Très propre. Seul bémol très bruillant la nuit dans la cage d escalier et dans les appartement au dessus qui résonne dans la location.

Nice apartment with lots of restaurant and grocery options nearby. Communication was a bit hit and miss, but the managers were nice. Internet was ok, but went out every now and then dor about 1 to 10 minutes.

We generally liked our stay very much and experienced a very safe facility and environment only100-150m from Metro with many smaller and bigger, also typical shops and supermarkets in walking distances, as also a typical spanish market building (tapas etc) which also was a highlight. Add some (not noisy) bars. Communication with staff was overall good, however there is no reception or a like. We found minor issues like empty batteries (needed to put remote TV ones to get high cooling air condition stopping). As there was no reaction on our subsequent mails, we did not report defect light bulbs (2 of 3 in living room) or a "dead" power socket. We managed. Some kitchen equipment or basics could be added like dishwasher starter kit or wooden tools for use with pan (they look used from metal scratching on metal). Entry/exit works via weblink (open/close doors) or key code. Building looks freshly renovated but also used at the same time. We believe this is due to semi-good maintenance and cleaning, ie. very nice interior and design, however should be better treated in order to keep the good level up. Flat consisted of two parts, front and back. Front side was noisy (imagine street cleaning at 3am on day one), as also was the stair case. Any car or bicycle driving at night, and you will notice, windows closed. Regardless we liked it as it was very spacey: we had 2 baths, 3 double bed rooms for just four people and a generally still nicely equipped kitchen plus the living room.
