Holiday Inn Express 威斯康星德爾斯(Holiday Inn Express Wisconsin Dells)

I’ve been in this hotel for 3 nights, and everything was going well. Then on Tuesday, November 15th, Cody was working at the front desk, and her single handily ruined my whole experience. We went to ask if the coffee was complimentary, and he just waved his hand without even looking at us. I went outside and came back in, and I greeted everyone standing in the lobby, and Cody didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. He made me feel like I don’t belong here, and that’s not the service I’ve been receiving for the last two days. Cody needs to realize that no matter your personal views on another race, you leave that at home when you come to work. I paid good money to stay here, and I feel that I should be welcomed. Thanks to Cody, I no longer feel welcomed. Because of Cody, I don’t think that I’d recommend this hotel to my family or my friends. Thanks to all the other staff for making me feel welcomed, but that one act ruined it all. Thanks Cody, please seek help, we are not bad people, and we deserve to be treated like those guys that you acknowledged while I was in the lobby.

Heading home from N. Dakota to Ohio, this was our rest stop. Awesome pool and sauna! All other features were on point as well.

The hotel is very noisy, our room was by the pool and the main entrance, it made it very hard to sleep. Seemed like it was clean and staff were nice. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Husband was assaulted by another guest in the pool and an employee was informed but they didn’t do anything besides come down and say “You do what you have to do” and then left the pool area.

Nice, clean, and fun hotel to stay at with my 10-year-old 8-year-old and 6-year-old. We stayed a few nights here watch to save money. With a larger family we especially value hotels that have breakfast included. Breakfast was good and sustained us until our next meal. It did seem the staff was having trouble keeping up with the demand of breakfast as many items were out and you had to wait sometime for them to be refilled I'm not sure if this was because it was a holiday weekend. Great stay and friendly staff.

this was the 3rd or 4th time staying at this location. We most likely will not be revisiting this hotel in the future. My wife and I felt that the hotel's quality had decreased. Our room had a toilet that would continue to fill, we had to lift the toilet and jiggle the chain to get it to stop. the bathroom door would not stay shut, which was a bit embarrassing when trying to use the bathroom and not be disrespectful with the odor. The door to the room was offset so it felt a bit creepy that you could get a glimpse into the room (216) even with the extra safety lock it still felt a bit weird. I don't feel the price for the room quality we received was worth it, I guess I will have to spend a little more to receive a quality room. Also, you may want to fix the paint chips that were falling from the ceiling by the sink. The staff was very friendly though which was about the only upside to our stay.
