It was a wonderful stay, would recommend it for sure. Service of Indra Agni was surely noticeable. Good good and good service for sure. No noice, near metro station and easy accessible was the location of the hotel which was the best part. Highly recommendable.

The hotel is very well maintained, convenient accessibility to work, cleanliness's and hospitality is exceptional. The house keeping service provided by SK Saif Ali is commendable.

Room service by Sk saif ali was great..ready to help anytime and nice guy,soft spoken. Buffet doesnt have so much of quantity but though food is delicious. Nice property if pool was there it seems to be comfortable stay in banglore and location is also good..nearby market is also good

My staying in this hotel was pretty less than average. Noting is why what you expect from Marriott brand . Here I don’t found any Marriott culture . Starting from check in to restaurant service there is many things need to improve to fulfill the guest expectations.Front desk lady who check in it pretty simple never explain regarding what hotel service is offering. In middle she handover to check in other lady which is pretty awe full which I never experience.Breakfast service need to reinforced the whole system . No one approachble.First I asked for one espresso which is came after 20 minutes even it’s cold . Then I asked to changed other guy probably they forgot after third reminder it’s bought it but big disappointment is the cup is extremely dirty . I don’t think so even three star hotel serve coffee like this . Never asked for meal satisfaction, clearance never done .

The staff are very friendly and the buffett breakfast is a good spread. Their in room dining is also good quality. The place is surrounded by companies and heavy traffic but you won't get the noise inside the rooms. Overall a nice play to stay for corporate travellers and city explorers.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Service was attentive and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Food was good and great value for money. The rooms were spacious and spotless.

My first stay in Fairfield, Whitefield, Bangalore. The hotel will tick the box on most things and meet the expectations of a business traveler. Let me begin with positives - easy check in, helpful crew at front desk, one of the best breakfasts (better than Fairfield, Outer ring road) with healthy options like Millet upma, Millet Kichadi and every item is well done. Plenty of choice for Veg in Breakfast.. Room itself is fine but here are the cons and some of them are major that requires immediate attention Cons 1) The bathroom is badly designed - The climb into the tub is like an hurdle climb...it is too tall and I can't imagine old people doing this. Also, when you come out of the tub, it is extremely risky because of the height of the tub. Also, your feet is slippery due to soap accumulation at the farther end of the tub...I had to open the drain and frequently wash the tub before leaving the tub. Even then, you have to be extremely careful since there is no support bar and you should have placed the mat towel to be right next to the tub. Otherwise, I was about to fall. The tubs have to removed and replaced with low tub and a support bar is required to facilitate safe exit. Otherwise, forget the tub...who requires this western contraption? 2) The wash basin is at non-standard height..way higher than normal 3) Can you imagine the flush is behind the WC cover. To access it, you have to touch the cover. This is not healthy. This design is stupid 4) The rooms contain a safe but it is not safe since it is not anchored to the cupboard. This means that some thief can walk away with the whole safe !!

Had fantastic experience during my stay (22nd Nov to 24th Nov 23). Mrinmay Maity, F & B Manager went extra yard to make my stay comfortable and memorable..He took care of my personalized needs of food and drinks and made my stay extraordinary.

Whenever I am in Bangalore, this is the property you can find me. Amazing hospitality they have...Hretik is a freshers but the way he takes care of the guest is amazing, very humble and is surely an asset to the hotel, so is Shambhu who was around all throughout. Chef Bharat and Sanjeet were 2 ppl I could not have managed without during my stay, by now they know what I want and when I want...Saiket in housekeeping has always made me feel at home. Great place to stay and amazing hospitality !!

My stay was great. I especially appreciated Avi Rathi for his helpfulness with all questions I had during my stay. The bed was a bit hard and the chair in my room was stained. Otherwise, everyone and everyting was great!

Indrani, my housekeeper for my hotel room was very professional and courteous. Handmade towel animal sculptures give a warm welcome. Room will be cleaned very good and fast. Everyone is super friendly.

This Fairfield location is located directly across the street from the Metro line. This will be a perfect spot to stay once the line is connected to the airport. The property is clean, well maintained as you would expect from a Marriott brand hotel. It’s not a J.W. However, it is nice enough for the price. There is a gym, no pool, the lounge is small, but good enough to have a drink or meal in. Service is always over the top. People here are extremely friendly. As a matter of fact, I haven’t encountered one rude person on my 5 weeks in India.

Overall It was good experience and the staff was all helpful. Talking about food It was also a kind of good one. Saif and Saurav was very quick, whenever I ask for anything. So overall It was nice experience.
