一切都非常糟糕。抵達後，無人接聽對講機，我不得不打電話才有人接聽。最後，他們在接待處迎接我們，一個幾乎穿著睡衣的男孩為我們辦理了入住手續。我應該指出，我在預訂時要求房間裡多放兩個枕頭，以解決睡眠時的姿勢問題。顯然，這些額外的枕頭沒有，我向那個男孩指出了這一點，他意識到自己沒有仔細閱讀我的預訂信息，並告訴我由於酒店已滿（這絕對是謊言），他們沒有枕頭可以提供給我（我記得我們住在一家四星級酒店），但第二天他們會解決這個問題。顯然，這是第一個不眠之夜。不言而喻。第二天，吃過一頓非常飢餓的早餐後，我在接待處再次提出我的請求，但沒有人知道什麼，但他們向我保證 5 分鐘內會給我準備好兩個枕頭。但什麼都沒有。又過了半天，我略感沮喪地回到前台，再次要了兩個枕頭，一位服務生像變魔術一樣給了我，語氣中帶著一絲惱怒和爭辯。房間非常小，隔音效果很差（兩天來我都能聽到另一個房間客人打噴嚏的聲音），迷你吧是空的（誰能解釋一下這是什麼意思），微型電視（12-15英寸）幾乎只能收到奧地利頻道，而且節目都很無聊，只有一個體育頻道（歐洲體育2台）。真是糟糕的體驗。兩晚住宿和300歐元都浪費了。說這裡算四星級飯店，實在不厚道。

我們住了5天的公寓，寬敞明亮。床非常好。工作人員都非常友好。但是：烤箱、爐灶、淋浴、廁所、廚房櫥櫃……一切都不乾淨。廁所裡有黏稠的、頭髮的、碎屑的、各種痕跡。廚房設備很少甚至不存在。接待處接受了破損的燈，但沒有更換。可惜了。最終不推薦。

飯店位置非常便利，靠近公共交通，房間乾淨，一應俱全。非常樂於助人的工作人員。我推薦這家飯店去維也納旅遊。他們也許可以在早餐中添加更多東西

我提前預訂了很多，因為維也納帶停車場的公寓對我來說很有用，因為我是從其他城市來的，但當我們到達時，他們告訴我們沒有公寓！最後，他們向我們道歉，告訴我們我們的公寓已被佔用，他們給了我們一個房間，並提供了三天的早餐。我們不滿意，因為沒有毛巾，空調並不總是工作......從來不打掃..... .這個地方唯一正面的事情！在地鐵巴士站前...停車費已經是每天 20 歐元

Facciamo prima a dire cosa andava bene….. nulla!!! Chiave elettronica smagnetizzata 2 volte, rischiate di rimanere fuori dalla stamberga. Telefono doccia rotto. Porta sapone arrugginito. Muri rattoppati. Porta fatiscente. Camera e corridoi puzzolenti. Asciugamani e telo doccia vecchi come quelli della nonna. Stanza non corrispondente a quanto mostrato. Inoltre viene venduto per 4 stelle!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Avranno un metro di valutazione molto molto molto personale. VERGOGNOSO!!!!!

Die Lage fußläufig zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und direkt an einer Tramstation ist ideal Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß Die Renovierung liegt wohl einige Zeit zurück, aber das hat uns nicht gestört Es ist ein einfaches Hotel Gefrühstückt haben wir im nahen Edison

Simple hotel perfect for a cheap getaway. Located right next to a tram stop which is ideal for getting into the city, also able to walk to a few good locations from the hotel. Just be careful as the lift is currently not working so it is two flights of stairs up incase this affects you. Otherwise very clean bathroom and loads of space for storing clothes in bedroom

Stayed for one night with family. Overall the stay was ok. The front and entrance to the hotel is very off putting. Room clean. Location good. Staff friendly Hotel is tired, threadbare mismatched towels and rust on the shower shelving was just some of the things I noticed.

I'm giving the "hotel" 4 stars due to lovely staff, wonderful location, cleanliness of the room and the sheer size of the living space. I booked a triple room not realizing that the rooms are actually apartments. Ours had a double bed with a sleeper sofa which was fine. It had a large fan which worked well and had an equipped kitchen although the fridge didn't have a freezer section. It kept our food cool enough but not very cold. The bathroom was huge with a large tub and a separate shower. The there was a working hairdrier as well. The air conditioner worked but dripped a bit near the end of our visit--we told the staff upon checking out and they noted info for it to be looked into. The apartments are not luxury but basic, comfortable enough and the location is unbeatable. With windows closed for A/C we did not notice any street noise. I would definitely return due to economic price.
