Room is good but power on an off an its happen several time buffet is not that standard for a Marriot hotel standard
Location is ok as it next to shopping an IT companies
Have at least 1 hour to travel to airport

Very disappointing, getting a room far from the elevator, smelly room, dirty and more disappointing I order 1 bed but they give me 2 beds .

Bell boy was biased to provide better service to Caucasian customers and not attentive. Despite great efforts from the staff, TV in room remains unusable for two days. Though the house keeping team are hard-working, the hotel is worn down and need to be refurbished.

Great location for shopping, clean rooms, good food, friendly staff
Hi, I have stayed in Fairfiled Marriott for 5 nights, at the time of checkout the invoice they gave me was incorrect post followup for the correct invoice Later got email from bank on smart emi post escalating it to the bank they confirmed it is merchant "Fairfield" who has converted my full payment to EMI, now bank is asking for interest and preclosure charges Not sure how the overall process is and who is responsible such miscreants Disgusting!!

Behaviour of front office staff is worst. They don't know how to behave while guest check-in & when guest ask for something. At the time of check-in it felt like I was in vegetable market. This is specially for Mohit & Pratham. At the time of check in they were talking to each other "stystem nahi chal raha" "Tu dekh le, mujhe jana hai" " Jaldi kar, mujhe late ho raha hai" etc. They are arrogant & ill mannered. They try to be over smart as if we haven't stayed in any other hotel. They behave as if they own this property. Mohit need to be told that guest doesn't ask anything from your home so you need not to be arrogant, this is your job & you are not doing any favour to anyone. They need to understand that this is hospitality industry.

Reception and staff: The employees here are ignorant of proper manners in a five-star establishment. You've checked in here, and nobody is around to show you to your room. When we dropped or picked up the key, Prachi, the receptionist, just asked us two questions: "Are you checking out?" and "Are you a guest of our hotel?" How can a hotel be safe if its employees aren't even able to recall who is a guest and who is not? Room: To put it another way, the rooms don't feel particularly Marriott-esque. Okay, I realize that this is a basic Marriott hotel, but even basic hotels without affiliations have better accommodations than this one. The bathrooms are quite cramped, the hot water isn't hot, the extra bed was tattered and filthy, They also don't change the bedding if you stay for three nights. Extra towels were not provided, even after a request. Food: It’s the worst of all. Is Fairfield actually a part of the Marriott hotel group? Is the food truly fit for a five star hotel? So where is the taste? The food is not even close to as good as small neighbourhood restaurants. The menu is same everyday (apart from upma) so I won’t be startled if the food is stale. Since I paid for it and was hungry had no other option ( They claim break fast is included with room as if it’s free, but nothing is free) Security: This place has the worst security. They have scanner and everything, but what good is it if there is a party at the hotel and party hall is accessible from same entrance. Any one can enter any floor of the hotel because it seems like no one is there to escort those guests apart. I have been to other hotels in Bengaluru that used a system where guests staying at hotel had to use a key to access the elevator, preventing outside guests from accessing any other floor except party hall or restaurant. Furthermore, Fairfield is a component of Marriott without any worries regarding guests security.
