飯店的工作人員從前台到清潔人員都非常友善。該位置距離港口僅幾個街區，毗鄰列剋星敦市場。早餐很不錯，有華夫餅機、雞蛋、香腸、美味的燕麥片以及各種各樣的附加旅館。藍莓蜜餞和蜜餞山核桃是我的最愛。房間寬敞乾淨，有舒適的床和枕頭。總的來說我絕對會推薦。對於這項服務來說，這是一個很好的價格。新裝修！

Great location in the Arts District. Very inviting. Staff were awesome and accomdating; check in a breeze; hotel is clean. The room, hotel lobby and bar are immaculately kept...hats off to housekeeping; the bed was very comfortable. Felt safe, conveniently located to the theatres. Great experience!

Modern rooms and lobby; only downsides are 1) $40 daily valet parking fee, and 2) the neighborhood is a little suspect at night. There is a public garage across the street but it's locked up from about 11pm - 7am and you can't get in / out during that time. Re safety, we just realized that we shouldn't walk at night, and used our car or a rideshare.

Parking was non existent in the area and the hotel doesn't have a lot. $40 for valet that we didn't find out about until we'd paid an extra $20 to park AT THE SAME lot the valet uses. I'm not sure when they stop, but valet is not 24 hours and you can't enter the paid parking lot after hours. The hotel was nice inside, but you have to get past the ******* stumbling down the street to get there. I would definitely find something outside of the city if I had to return to the area.

We had a glitch when first trying to enter our room, went back down to front desk and was immediately handled and tended to and moved to a room on a higher floor. Breakfast buffet was empty by 8am but didn't matter I would stay here again. Valet parking attendants hard working and very helpful. Be cautious as pan handlers walk up to valet area asking for money, and street people out and about. hotel in itself was wonderful, and elevators secure.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Very easy walk to the Baltimore Convention center, transportation, food, and parking. The area is safe and the hotel and room feels very secure. Excellent affordable option for events in the area! I will definitely be staying again for future events.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The only issues we had were, there were stains on the carpet in the room, there was still trash on the floor from previous people and there was no hot water in the shower.

I was impressed with the place honestly. To begin with it was VERY clean, the staff was helpful and generally cheerful (but not artificially or overly) and pleasant. The security features are nice and comforting as is the atmosphere. The room blew my mind, we had 508, it was spacious, efficient, clean. The tv feed was not good however, that was the ONLY draw back to the facility. The gym is spacious and it'll do in a pinch for a workout. Night security gent and the doorman were both very cool, helpful, and pleasant to speak to.
