性價比高，比距離很近的華盛頓便宜很多，房間很寬敞，停車方便，位置不錯，不在鬧市區，出城比較方便。

It’s a mid range hotel to me. Pros—- very old building with a unique floor layouts… very very quiet. Very cold AC, comfy bedding, ours was renovated, very hot water, working but not great microwave and fridge and coffee but there, decent TV stations, safe, extra morrow outside with shelf, clean breakfast, maid service each day, someone clean good housekeeping Cons- first room checked in was used or not cleaner, didn’t look totally renovated, changed room, view was brick wall, black out curtains not great, second night our key stopped working, no early check in, not shuttle as promised, parking 15 and so so often full or almost full, not great walkable location, about half mile from decent stuff… through industrial (govt car mechanics so probably safe but some questionable people… overall stay was decent. Pricey 500 for two nights in

I.m sure once they finish the renovations it will be lovely but they should not rent rooms until then. The lobby was full of boxes and construction equipment. The walls on the floors had been stripped of the wallpaper so all guests could see was the ugly mildew and leftover paste until the new paper is put up. The vending machines were unplugged and pullled forward so they could get behind them to do plastering. Every floor's carpets had big glabs of plaster on them and that had been tracked up and down the length of the hall. They could haev chosen to do one floor at a time and avoid having paying guests experience such a mess. The WORST part, all the roaches in my room and I assume other rooms. Christina Birdsong

The hotel lobby was very lovely and the bed in room was comfortable. Bbbbbbbbuuuuuuutttttttt, the front door does not lock, anybody could walk into the hotel. The breakfast area had no food in it at 7am. There was a person who wasn’t an employee was putting out the food with no gloves on. Very unsanitary to say the least. Then he was loading up food and drinks on a plate to take outside. Employee had to use a knife to pick at the locked up milk cooler. There were no utensils to take food items from the warming stations. But the coffee in the room was awesome.

I didn't expect too much for this hotel... I stayed here for NYE for an event in the city. (I live 20 mins away from here but I had friends who needed a place to stay, so I'm already familiar with the city somewhat) Hotel staff was very nice- the gentleman provided complimentary champagne (because it was NYE) and offered snacks. The lobby was pretty but outdated- which made me question how my room looked. My room was fully renovated with comfortable beds, very clean bathroom, and a city view. Other reviews mentioned about the location being 'not the best', I felt safe since I did have others with me. Location was very lit up with lights but you will have to walk for a convenience store or food. Parking lot was small, and it does cost $15, which I wasn't aware of. My car was safe though. Would definitely stay here again. No complains at all and my rate was the best I could find in the city, especially on NYE.

I liked the hotel. There's only one negative - the area around the hotel is a bit beaten up, but I'm a city mouse and I never felt unsafe walking to / from the hotel. The hotel itself looks sort of boring from the outside, but the lobby is an old bank and it's beautiful. The rooms are nice and big (esp for a city hotel), clean, quiet, comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in my room. The wiFi worked very well. The self-park is definitely undersold on the website. There was plenty of parking when I was there and it was very convenient. I shy away from valet parking these days because of covid and this was an extra bonus. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was meh. They have the usual HI pancake machine which I love. There is a very good selection of fruits, yogurt, etc. It's funny that all the "healthy" stuff is on a different side of the breakfast buffet. I had several minor issues (room card key, e.g.) and the staff were amazing. There is nothing near the hotel. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. It was a pleasant morning walk despite the urban ickiness. The hotel has convenient access to I-83. It's not too far from I-95. The price is substantially cheaper than the hotels concentrated around the harbor, so you're basically trading in price for location (as usual for hotels).

They canceled our hotel because it was put on the wrong card , they didn’t even notify us that it was canceled . So we drove 3 hours and “they didn’t have a room” . The guy at the front desk was no help at all . We didn’t receive email or phone call to notify us .

We booked our stay here because of the "stay & cruise package". We were not disappointed. Although the hotel itself is not in the greatest of neighborhoods, everything else was really wonderful. This hotel is much different than any Holiday Inn that we have stayed at. The hotel is in a converted bank and the lobby is impressive. Our room was clean and more than adequate. The evening before our departure for the cruise, all those taking advantage of the package moved our cars into a warehouse which was secured and locked. Our vehicle was not left out in a lot. The shuttle service to and from the cruise was prompt, efficient and easy. Taking advantage of this option rather than parking at the pier resulted in significant savings and couldn't have been more convenient. Well Done Holiday Inn Express Downtown! Besides all the advantages above, the biggest Kudos goes to the fantastic staff - From the receptionist, the security folks and the breakfast staff everyone was awesome. If ever taking another cruise out of Baltimore, there is no doubt we will be taking advantage of this package.
