I was there for 4 days and no one ever came to clean the room. Each day I had to go to the front desk to get a new set of towels while the old ones just piled up on the bathroom floor. I understand rooms are not serviced daily but this was a bit much.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. The area is not the greatest but I loved that it was next to a Wawa. Overall a good stay for a night.

Amazing hotel, with the staff creating one of the most welcoming a**ospheres I’ve EVER experienced!! Especially crazy about Gloria in the breakfast room…she treats you like your family!!! The hearty breakfast makes the stay special and Gloria really knows how to do the bacon extra crispy! What a treat! We stay here anytime we’re in Baltimore just because of the staff!! Keep up your amazing work!!

Stayed here before, loved it then and again this visit. Quiet, super clean rooms and the nicest staff. Good hot breakfast and an exceptional gym. Totally recommend this hotel if in the area
