The property didn't have a 5 star kerb appeal, but then it was a budget price bracket. The room (we had a family room) was a pleasant surprise, it was lovely, plenty of space, comfortable and very clean. We only stayed overnight, easy 5 min walk to the RSL for dinner. Would definitely recommend.

We had an awesome experience….. after a horror week long camping adventure, it was welcome respite with a clean room, hot shower and comfortable bed. A hidden gem

Great location in the middle of the Ballina CBD. Rooms were spacious and clean as always (we've stayed here previously) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As an added bonus the Chinese Restaurant right next door is fantastic as well.

The only complaint I have is we didn't have a ground floor as l have had 2 knee replacement and my hips aren't too good apart from that we were very happy

Staff are really friendly. The rooms were stocked nicely, and even big enough to fit a portable crib for a baby. We really enjoyed our stay there!
