We have recently returned from a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable 10 night vacation at Vivara Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat in Jimbaran, Bali. Our aim was to get away from our busy life and take a complete break. The resort comprises 48 beautiful, private, self-contained pool villas, most of which are one or two-bedroom. Each villa is like your own home-away-from home, with pool decking and lounges, an alfresco kitchen bungalow (with a daily replenishment of non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar), outdoor rain shower and bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with lounge area. It is clear that the resort aims to make every guest’s experience as comfortable as possible. As we were so comfortable in our villa, we were determined not to become complete ‘holiday recluses’ and, despite room service being the option for many of the guests, we always walked to the poolside restaurant for breakfast each morning, afternoon tea every second day, before feasting on a fabulous evening dining experience on alternate evenings. Needless to say, we did not leave Vivara hungry! The resort is like a small community, and staff are more than happy to transport you to and from your villa using golf buggies, or you can take advantage of the communal bikes and scooters and ride around the resort pathways. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service to and from Jimbaran Beach is available, and times are customised to guests, creating a very personalised and welcome service. Being a spa retreat, we indulged in five deep tissue massages each, and they were a highlight of our stay. The private bungalows are built in a traditional Balinese style, are quiet and calming, and the masseuses provided a comfortable, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, so much. The heart of the resort, though, is the staff. They were all, without exception, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always keen to converse and learn about their guests, or share their insights into Bali. We cannot recommend the Vivara staff highly enough. Thank you, Keke, and all your staff, for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved being immersed in the Balinese style of the resort, and Vivara did not disappoint as the ideal place for us to unwind and relax. We have no hesitation in recommending Vivara to any visitors searching for the same experience.

One of my favorite place to stay in Bali. And this time is my second visit to Bali and also the second time i stayed here. Love the location as it is quite close to the popular by the beach seafood restaurants there. And most importantly is ample space of parking. Booked the 2 BR Villa this time for a group of 7. Even though this time we had to wait for a good 30-45 minutes for check-in as they’re preparing the place, it was understandable as it was partly my fault for made the booking too close to the check-in time and on the other hand they seems to have a very limited staffs on duty at the time probably due to the corona situation. Anyway, the villa was great, spacious bedrooms, bed was huge and comfortable it fit my little family of 4. Very clean and quiet surroundings although the kitchen cabinet part was quite dusty and quite dirty (somewhat undertsandable yet questionable as it is located outdoor next to the pool) and so was the kitchenwares (this i’d suggest wrapping it with food plastic wrapper or something just so it won’t be exposed to the outdoor air). TV have wide selection of channels and the quality is very good. Staffs were very kind, welcoming and helpfull. Facilities provided such as stove, microwave, water dispenser are all working as it should. Pool was great, big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Breakfast was good, need more selection and quantity tho. The only downside to the stay was, bathroom hot water wasn’t running and the curtain in the bathroom is not wide enough to block the view from the bedroom, although it may not be too big of a deal it is quite bothering for me. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and will deffinitely return and keeping in my fav list.

My three daughters and I stayed at Cross Bali Breakers to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. From the moment we were picked up by their driver Wayan Artha at the airport to the moment he safely returned us to the airport a week later the entire experience was beyond 5 Star. Every single staff member was a delight, making the effort to remember my and my children’s names and greeting us warmly every time we passed by. The location was beautiful and well kept - so much pride in their work. The food and drinks were excellent, we were looked after so well. It was our first time in Bali and we had heard so much about the beauty of the country and it’s people but we were blown away by just how delightful and accommodating the Balinese people are and how much they love to share their beautiful country with visitors. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and we felt like rockstars. The villa set up with the private pool and outdoor lounge and dining is just gorgeous. Housekeeping were flawless at their jobs and also left us the cutest towel art and sweet little notes. Staff had made a special note of my birthday, I was presented with a little surprise cake at dinner, a birthday message from housekeeping - lots of little touches that made the whole experience special. The advice about where to visit for day trips and timing and best places to go was spot on for these Bali novices. I thought it was excellent value in terms of price too. Thank you Cross Bali Breakers, cannot recommend more highly for a family holiday. We’ll be back.
We stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days, so here is our review. The Good Things: 1) This hotel is located beside GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) in Bali, Ungasan. 2) The breakfast is great. A lot of food varies. There's a buffet and ala carte options. (We love the crepes and green detox). 3) the staff are so friendly and welcome. Especially to Mr Agus, please forward our thanks to him. 4) Rooms are clean and quite spacious. The not so good things: 1) Rooms: needs some renovation, such as painting or etc. Some loud noises could be heard, even during night. 2) Water pressure is weak 3) Breakfast: Some food can be improved so can taste better. Conclusion: This hotel is a great option if you choose to stay around Jimbaran or Uluwatu. We will definitely will come back next time, i hope they can keep the good things and improve the not so good things.
Just back from our wonderful stay. This was our first visit for me, my husband and our kids aged 8 and 10. Everyone was wonderful, accommodating and kind. We all felt at home and their service really made our holiday. Special mention must go to Smiley and Alit. They are both such amazing people - they were an endless source of entertainment to my kids, especially playing football with my son. They seemed to know every guest by first name and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool is stunning and well maintained, along with the gardens. The breakfast was also fantastic. We were sad to say goodbye and can't wait to come back :) Tip: Try Oil & Vinegar nearby for lunch or dinner - it was incredible.
非常沒信用可言的酒店。當初疫情推出房券,一大波海內外的人都買了,到現在六善衹想着吞掉這筆錢拒絕房券入住,否則要交一定費用。有這麼**的做生意的嗎?這麼沒品,欺詐中國人不能出鏡維權困難的酒店,你還要去嗎?unfaithful hotel. during the virus time we support the hotel and pre book the room.in that time the hotel said it will wait till China open the board. so a lot Chinese people bought the rooms, and people in Singapore or Taiwan also bought the rooms. now the hotel tried to steal our money and reject us to the rooms unless we paid certain amount of money. this is dishonest and unfaithful. business sucks!
訪訪客When you book a hotel..you usually go and check its reviews and images from multiple sources, but belive me aa hard as you searched..you would never expect the luxury and beauty of this resort. From the lobby, where you will find the funny Bawa to our jimbaran villa to the excellent seevice. Every tiny deatil is well studied and you cant never fins somwethung you would peovide constructive critisisim for! You must go and meet Dewi& SRI from Taman Wantilan restaurant where they offer buffet breakfast and dinner (please don't miss it specially the Indian section). You don't want to miss the spa treatments as well..I tried the baldness massage which was just perfect along with TDA facial and before the day of check out I tried the embrace treatment which is an outdoor massage where you hear the sounds of the ocean. Big thanks to Suri for the discount she provided for us as we had treatments daily. Special thanks to Dika Guest experience manager & the hotel manager whom came to our table to ask if everything is OK. Special thanks goes to Khaola, guest experience manager for all the work and handling she offered us.
訪訪客After staying here in August with a friend and coming back in November, I could not have had a more different experience. This time we got a tired old Lannai Room, old furniture, musty smell, yukky bathroom - was not happy at all. We were also in the pool the night we were there and they came around with the big mosquito spray fumigating everything, which was fine in itself. We made a beeline for our room so we would not get covered in spray and got to our room and shut the door. There were so many window and door gaps that the room filled up with a haze from the spray, not to mention the smell. So yes the hotel has potential - would I stay there again or recommend it - probably not.
訪訪客Amazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….
訪訪客We have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

We stayed in the newly renovated Preimer room which was excellent with swing bed & bath tub in the balcony.
Only setup in the evening, alot of insects, lizards out side our door specially at nite.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was ok
