1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Booked this entire hotel for my family to stay at during my wedding in April for 5 nights. This is a decent hotel to stay with your family if you're looking for private time and out of the busy area of Bali. I will advise you to check the room if it's cleaned properly as two of my rooms had a lot of long-long ladies' hair all around the floor, in the toilet, and on the bed. The pillow and bed sheet smells of ladies' perfume which looks like they did not change the bed sheet, blanket, and pillow sheet after the previous guest left the room. After doing some complaints at the front desk, got them to fix some of the issues and some of it was left as it. Pros: - Far away from the busy area which gives you more time to relax. - Very Balinese cozy design. - Beautiful landscaping. - Easy access to Ubud, Kintamani and Sanur Beach - Good Room Size. - Very helpful staff they have. Cons: - All the room AC is not well maintained and most of the room had a very bad wet smell from the AC. - Hot water in the shower does not work properly. - Toilet bowl leakage after flushing. Overall the stay was good and our family had a good time there. I hope the management of The Village Home property should pay more attention to these details in order to have more returning guests back to their property.

5 ans après notre dernier séjour à Sanur, nous étions ravi de voir que rien n’avait changé au Tropical Bali Hôtel 😍 Cela reste notre homestay idéal, dans son écrin de verdure, pour démarrer nos vacances à Bali (le petit bain matinal dans la superbe piscine est un must pour se remettre du décalage horaire sans oublier le très bon petit déjeuner). Un grand merci à Audrey et Mathieu pour leur accueil toujours aussi chaleureux ainsi que leur disponibilité (en vrai et à distance via Whatsapp) pour nous donner de précieux conseils en prévision de notre voyage (hôtels recommandés dans tout Bali sur leur site, réservation de notre trajet pour Nusa Lembongan…). À bientôt 🙏🏻

I have never seen so nice, very well equipped and very well maintenance place. Everything you need you can find there. The rooms are big and very clean, the mattress and pillows very confortable (good quality). The food in the restaurant is perfect with lot of choice, there is also swimming pool, sauna and lot of other equipment for practicing sport and training. The staff is always happy to help you . Decoration of this place is something special, you have filing traveling in many countries because in each corner there are object from different country. It was difficult for us to leave this place.

I have never seen so nice, very well equipped and very well maintenance place. Everything you need you can find there. Booked this entire hotel for my family to stay at during my wedding in April for 5 nights. This is a decent hotel to stay with your family if you're looking for private time and out of the busy area of Bali. I will advise you to check the room if it's cleaned properly as two of my rooms had a lot of long-long ladies' hair all around the floor, in the toilet, and on the bed. The pillow and bed sheet smells of ladies' perfume which looks like they did not change the bed sheet, blanket, and pillow sheet after the previous guest left the room. After doing some complaints at the front desk, got them to fix some of the issues and some of it was left as it. Pros: - Far away from the busy area which gives you more time to relax. - Very Balinese cozy design. - Beautiful landscaping. - Easy access to Ubud, Kintamani and Sanur Beach - Good Room Size. - Very helpful staff they have. Cons: - All the room AC is not well maintained and most of the room had a very bad wet smell from the AC. - Hot water in the shower does not work properly. - Toilet bowl leakage after flushing. Overall the stay was good and our family had a good time there. I hope the management of The Village Home property should pay more attention to these details in order to have more returning guests back to their property.
