適合休閑度假，風景一流，早餐挺豐富的，服務態度很好，附近有商場有兌換店，也有ATM機和餐館，建議嘗試當地的綠皮芒果，很多國外人在這享受陽光。晚上睡覺很靜，聽不到海浪聲。很方便出海玩，找當地船夫就可以。也可以找酒店前台安排，去圖蘭奔深潛也是個不錯的選擇。

美麗、乾淨、管理好酒店,有夢般的花園和游泳池。一個小子,休息幾天。房東安克,酒店經理IbuEka,帶心臟血統的酒店。工作人員很友好,受過良好訓練。家裏的廚房不讓望開放。船上游到白沙灘絕對值得推。感謝全隊爲美好的一天。

I hate to write negative reviews. It's not how i want to remember my vacation, but i am compelled to share. This was our last stay on a G Adventures tour and we were looking forward to our stay at Ashyana Candidasa Beach Resort. The rooms looked lovely on the website and they claimed to have air-conditioning! However, the room we got was NOT the one on the website and our air-conditioner was broken. Hotel staff came to ”fix” it but after an hour the room was still quite warm and the unit was blowing room temperature air. When we went to the front desk to ask if there was another room we could move to, the gentleman at the desk very rudely told us no and that we would have to wait a few hours for the room to cool. We had a pretty miserable night and the room did not feel comfortable until around 7am. The thing that bothered me the most was how rude and aggressive the manager(?) was. I was not rude to him. The Balinese people had been lovely and welcoming up to that point and we didn't want that to be our last experience in Bali, so we checked out the next morning and found other accommodations. Some Pros (because i don't want this to be totally negative): They make lovely towel animals. I didn't have to wait the full 7 minutes they say it will take for warm water in the shower. And, I didn't have to wait long for the breakfast I ordered the night before. However, i never got the juice i ordered.

Great location for elegance in a wonderful area of Candidasa. Pool and beach front was awesome and food amenities was great. I was there during the Christmas holiday and New Year’ Eve festival so I was truly impressed by the service at the sister hotel, Palms Reset. They had activities to keep quest entertained and the staff was pleasant and amicable. I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort for 2 weeks.

I have stayed here 8 years ago and that was the most amazing place I have stayed in my life. This time things changed, but it’s still a beautiful place. Very tranquil location, the garden is well maintained and looked after. Feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, so expect all kinds of animals all around.. the beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean. Some refurbishment would do wonders though.. It doesn’t seem like they did any work on the rooms in the last 8 years but the restaurant got renovated. So the price of the food got more expensive. We didn’t eat anything here this time as you can find cheaper and really tasty food around the town ( highly recommended Warung Budi Ayu- not just because of the food but the hospitality and kind talks ). Water garden is amazing if you want to experience something special.
