Een geweldige locatie, voor het personeel is niets te veel, kundig en vriendelijk. Heeft eigen restaurant met voortreffelijk eten voor een paar euro. Dagelijks schone lakens en handdoeken, ontbijt niet veel keuze, maar thuis eet ik ook niet 2 maanden hetzelfde op brood, dus we halen gewoon waar we zin in hebben. Strand is dichtbij, veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt op loopafstand, anders een Grabtaxi naar de markt voor 60cent. We hebben weer geboekt voor komende winter voor 3 maanden. Heerlijk nu alweer zin in.

Die alte grantige und frustrierte Dame in der Lobby müsste entweder ersetzt werden oder man müsste ihr erklären, dass ihr überhebliche, herablassend, auslachend, freche und unprofessionelle Art und Weise einfach inakzeptabel ist. Ich schreibe eigentlich nur Rezensionen wenn ich super zufrieden bin oder das Gegenteil der Fall ist. Diese Frau hat mir schon nach 2 Minuten Hotelerfahrung die Lust zu diesem Hotel vertrieben. Einen Preis bekommt sie jedoch, sie ist bis jetzt die erste überaus unfreundliche Person die mir in Bali begegnet ist. NIE WIEDER DIESES HOTEL!

I have been traveling in South East Asia for 30 years. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a massage. I had a headache and asked for a 45 min neck and shoulder massage and 45 min reflexology to alleviate the headache. The nice lady massaged my calves and then my back. It was more rubbing in the oil, with the occasional jamming of knuckles and and elbows in my back and soles of my feet with out warning, than a massage. When I left, I had a limp because of pain in my calf

Beautiful place. OLD. Traditional . Bad insufficient wi fi in oldere part, lobby and pool area. TERRIBLE! Lots of screaming, jumping , arguing UNminded kids at the pool which is next to the row where the rooms are located.( other Loud guests screaming on their phone calls in the pool area and resturant area rather than doing this in their room. Guest were impolite of others on vacation ,too. No shortage of crying babies. At night some people, friends sat out at the tables near the pool and were very boisterous until After 12 midnignt. Very nice staff. Good food. Even other guest remarked to us that the screaming kids at the pool and UNreliable WiFi ruined their visit at Ari Putri.

Rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Included breakfast was very limited and disappointing. Only two hot options. Bread, waffles and toaster available but no syrup for the waffles or pancakes. No fresh milk for tea and coffee only powdered creamer. No kettle/ jug in room to make own tea or coffee. Combined shower and bath. So caution advised if unstable on your feet.

Awesome location and great value for money! This is day 7 of my 10-day stay at Ari Putri Hotel in Sanur. The staff here are professional and friendly. The complimentary vegetarian breakfast, buffet-style served every morning from 7- 10 am is just perfect for me. What do I love about being in Sanur? The laid-back vibes and the awesome food available at the various restaurants. I have been trying a different cuisine almost every night. Had Balinese food 3 times, Japanese, and Vietnamese. I might try Indian tonight.....

What a lovely surprise this hotel was older style clean friendly staff great pools breakfast was nice maybe needed a little more choice but for the price it was ok, would stay again without doubt. Great restaurants close by beach 5 minute walk away, what more could you ask for ❤️

Traditioneel hotel met gastvrij personeel. Fijne kamer met goed ontbijt voor prima prijs . De luxe kamers zijn fantastisch . Maaltijden zeer goed . Echt een aanrader wij komen er al jaren wanneer we in Sanur zijn .

Ari Putri is a fantastic place for a family to stay. Make sure to book the deluxe rooms. 118 and 119. Customer service excellent, rooms cleaned daily. Rooms are well loved and a little dated however, air con worked well and for the price no complaints. Breakfast is included. Close to great shops and restaurants/ warungs. Short walk to beach.

Third stay at the Ari Putri and another positive experience. Tried the Standard Room this time which was very comfortable and well appointed with a private balcony. Service was exceptional and all requests were promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Daily room service,pools and in house massage were all excellent. All up, a great place to stay, relaxed atmosphere, well situated and clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Stayed in deluxe double room for 4 weeks bed and breakfast. This original Balinese hotel offers excellent customer service. Fantastic food.outstanding cleanliness all with a smile.i truly recomend anyone considering this hotel to book it you won't be disappointed. Exceptional thanks to Mr Darma for outstanding customer service. All staff and management are available 24hrs.Breakfast from 7am till 10am with table service and buffet was more than expected been to Bali many times but this hidden gem was well worth staying at.Thank you Ari Putri for a pleasant stay Mr David.

A nice and friendly hotel in an excellent location on Jl.Cemara. Very warm and helpful staff. Spacious, clean rooms, lush gardens with pool, restaurant, and breakfast bar. Many restaurants, shops and bars are in close proximity. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach with plenty of activities available (water sports, snorkelling etc.) Sanur port is about 20 minutes away and you can get to Nusa Lembongan or Penida in 40 minutes. Ngurah Rai airport is about 30 minutes away. We will be staying again in the future.

Didn’t stay here but visited the restaurant for dinner. Wonderful food and service. I can highly recommend for dinner but you need to book as it’s full by 7pm. We had the chicken satay sticks and a Nasi Goreng which we shared.

A really lovely traditional Balinese hotel. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. We loved the position. The property had 2 separate pools. Breakfast was good. There was an on-site restaurant at the front of the hotel which also offered room service at no extra cost. An easy walk to the beach front restaurants and a great mix of local shops and supermarket close by. There were plenty of taxis and drivers offering day trips.

Check in was easy and my husband and I were taken to our deluxe room on the third floor. Lots of stairs but sitting on the balcony you got a lovely view and cool breeze. The room was very big with a large bathroom with walk-in shower and it has a bath. The room was cleaned everyday spotlessly. The 2 pools were lovely and clean and quite big, the only problem is not enough sun lounges around either pool. You can order drinks and food from the coffee shop to have around the pool area. The breakfast was basic but good enough, it has an egg station which was great. The resort is situated in a quiet part of sanur but still has loads of restaurants and massage places close by. The beach is only a very short walk away. I will definitely be coming back to stay again at this resort.
