This is the second time booking this hotel, and it is a bit better than the old one.
However, the hotel made me pay extra money to get a minibar which was already included in the online offer I used. I don’t know who to blame here, whether it’s the hotel or trip.com itself!
In general, I still vote for the nice and humble staff, but had to see the same room issues even with an upgraded one!
