We had Fish & Chips (Dory) and a Grilled Chicken Burger, The single piece of fried fish would fit in the palm of a had of a 10 year old girl. It was about the same size as a fish finger, if cut in half and placed side by side. There were about 10 chips in the tiny basket. Anywhere else in the world this would not qualify as an entree. To be fair, the fish did taste quite nice, but two mouthfuls covered it. Mind you, it was quite oily/greasy with a film of oil on paper on bottom of basket. My wife had the Chicken burger. She ate less than half of it. The bun was soggy; the piece of chicken again quite small. My wife has a gallstone problem, so anything that is greasy (think McDonalds/Hungry Jacks) is just impossible for her to eat as the reaction is quite rapid. Reaction came under halfway thru the dish. We have been in Bali for 2 weeks, and have eaten at a lot of restaurants....this was the smallest meal we have ever seen. In comparison to the multitude of restaurants within a 5 minute walk from this resort, this has very poor offerings...at nearly double the price. Today we came across two other couples who have tried their food and would never go back. It is really a shame given how good the resort itself is. It always amazes me that some restaurants in such resorts do not seem to understand the simple concept of - good food, good price, full restaurant. It is no wonder that this restaurant always has just a small number of diners. The management needs to wake up and actually have a look around at what is being offered locally...where the restaurants are NOT empty
