彭杜克巴魯納素馨花飯店(Pondok Baruna Frangipani)

Beautiful place with friendly staff / rooms were absolutely gorgeous, well fitted out with stocked fridge, air con etc. lovely large bathroom. The linen was the softest I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was a great, healthy selection of local and familiar food - very well thought out. For us, the staff, customer service and the relaxed atmosphere was just perfect. There’s also a new childrens play area, and the whole place is very child friendly, lots of families there. The pool is perfect, shallow end for little ones and surrounded by luscious greenery. Only 5 mins to beach and lots of shops restaurants on the road - highly recommend!!!

Thank you to Paris and all the wonderful staff at Pondok Baruna Frangipani for making our family stay such a special one. The rooms and pool were just lovely. After a day out on the water the pool and our bungalow lounges were the perfect place to chill. Easy walking distance to supermarket, money changer, warungs and beach. Paris was our go to man to arrange a number of snorkelling activities at a really good price and was always available for any questions. We will be back!

Helemaal perfect! Een weldadige oase van rust, gastvrijheid en aangenaam verblijven. Klein resort met kamers rond het heerlijke zwembad waarin je echt “baantjes” kan trekken, elke dag een genot om de dag mee te beginnen. Perfecte service op alle gebieden, niets is teveel. Kamers lekker schoon en fris elke dag, wij genoten ook van het heerlijke ontbijt, roomservice! Paris en zijn team allen zó vriendelijk en attent, niets is teveel gevraagd. Wij hadden voor 2 dagen geboekt maar zijn een week gebleven. Wanneer wij ooit weer op dat paradijselijke eiland mogen verblijven, zal dat zeker bij Pondok Baruni Frangapari zijn!

we liked that it had a peaceful feel there although within an easy walk of the main busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful. it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to use the safe and info on "things to do nearby "

Friendly staff and nice pool but I rated poor because we had no hot water on the first night and no water on the second day and the owner did not seem to bother much. Also the hotel includes a restaurant and a bar very close to the room which normally closes at 10.00pm but actually pursued with guitars and loud singers until midnight.
