Плюсы: - большой номер - хорошие завтраки - хороший бассейн Минусы: - плохой менеджер отеля, оскорбил меня как клиента. - номера требуют ремонта (много плесени), особенно душевая. - неудобное расположение, далеко от всего. Ближайший магазин пепито в 20 минутах пешком по разбитой дороге. - когда приехали в отель попросили сразу оплатить всю сумму за проживание, принять в долларах не захотели, взяли в залог паспорт пока не оплачу. Обменников рядом нет - сказали искать их снаружи от отеля.

One of my favorite place to stay in Bali. And this time is my second visit to Bali and also the second time i stayed here. Love the location as it is quite close to the popular by the beach seafood restaurants there. And most importantly is ample space of parking. Booked the 2 BR Villa this time for a group of 7. Even though this time we had to wait for a good 30-45 minutes for check-in as they’re preparing the place, it was understandable as it was partly my fault for made the booking too close to the check-in time and on the other hand they seems to have a very limited staffs on duty at the time probably due to the corona situation. Anyway, the villa was great, spacious bedrooms, bed was huge and comfortable it fit my little family of 4. Very clean and quiet surroundings although the kitchen cabinet part was quite dusty and quite dirty (somewhat undertsandable yet questionable as it is located outdoor next to the pool) and so was the kitchenwares (this i’d suggest wrapping it with food plastic wrapper or something just so it won’t be exposed to the outdoor air). TV have wide selection of channels and the quality is very good. Staffs were very kind, welcoming and helpfull. Facilities provided such as stove, microwave, water dispenser are all working as it should. Pool was great, big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Breakfast was good, need more selection and quantity tho. The only downside to the stay was, bathroom hot water wasn’t running and the curtain in the bathroom is not wide enough to block the view from the bedroom, although it may not be too big of a deal it is quite bothering for me. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and will deffinitely return and keeping in my fav list.

所以一開始,看到一些關於酒店的評論後,我對這家酒店沒有任何很高的期望,要到達辛泰薩酒店,你需要穿過一條較小的道路,有點長,但離主路仍然步行距離。但是到了酒店,讓人心曠神怡,酒店不錯很大,停車位很多,綠地也很多。工作人員非常友好,辦理入住手續很快,而且房間,是一個漂亮的乾淨的大房間,還可以是一個老房間,但它維護得很好。有一個大的舒適的牀,從房間可以看到漂亮的景色。衛生間出乎意料的是很大的浴室,它有浴缸和淋浴間,分開。它有熱水雖然不夠熱但是夠熱。所以早餐一般吧,其實選擇不多,但是還是不錯的。因此,從我在辛泰薩酒店住了三晚的經歷來看,這很好,近乎完美。當您想要在Jimbaran住得相當實惠時,我推薦這家酒店,希望有一天我會再來住

Fantastically opulent architecture and gardens - a very private, quiet and beautiful resort. Everywhere you look, you could pose in highly Instagrammable ways without even trying. (If that’s what you wanted to do). There are (deliberately) ruined vine-covered stone archways, and exotic calabash trees. There are five-metre high doors, marble staircases, fish ponds… all pretty amazing as the place has only been open for about a year, and yet the 120-odd private pool villas and the gardens and trees all look like they’ve been there for a couple of decades but are beautifully fresh inside. We went up to the Akasa Restaurant terrace high on the cliff, to have drinks and nibblies and play Scrabble while watching the sunset. An absolute must do while you are staying there - it is one of the most spectacular evening cocktail spots in Bali. The Akasa restaurant Chef de Cuisine Joan Achour, has designed a delightful set of bar snacks that are very imaginative. Joan dropped by our table to see if we liked them, as apparently they were new on the menu that night, and we were the first to order them. I would also recommend the Gajah Mada cocktail, named after the famous 14th century Indonesian military leader who apparently conducted his own version of the Red Wedding on the King of Sunda. It’s made of a single malt whisky, fennel seed, Campari, and, I think, dried fig-infused red vermouth. Strong and powerfully-flavoured. On our last night, we ate at the Akasa, seated at the best table in the restaurant (the left-hand corner of the terrace) to watch the sunset. A warning about that table, however - while sun was setting, almost everyone in the place also wanted a photo of themselves from that spot, and for 15 minutes or so, we were surrounded by a crowd of couples with iPhones! Wonderful food, but be prepared for a fairly expensive bill. The whole place runs on a butler service through WhatsApp. You order room service, housekeeping, buggy pickups, etc, through WhatsApp. It works pretty well. The Pandemic and the fact it’s a new resort mean there are not yet many trained staff - the Spa in particular seemed not yet fully up to speed in its operation. All up, an interesting experience I would heartily recommend - by next season I’m sure the staff training will be fully settled in.

Just back from our wonderful stay. This was our first visit for me, my husband and our kids aged 8 and 10. Everyone was wonderful, accommodating and kind. We all felt at home and their service really made our holiday. Special mention must go to Smiley and Alit. They are both such amazing people - they were an endless source of entertainment to my kids, especially playing football with my son. They seemed to know every guest by first name and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool is stunning and well maintained, along with the gardens. The breakfast was also fantastic. We were sad to say goodbye and can't wait to come back :) Tip: Try Oil & Vinegar nearby for lunch or dinner - it was incredible.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

🏨印尼傳統文化與西式休閑度假風完美結合，大堂的印尼傳統木雕恢弘大氣，宛如一座博物館🏛️，户外隨處可見泳池、躺椅🏖️，提供温暖的一次性浴巾。中央泳池一面遠眺果凍海，一面正對宛如阿房宮一般恢宏對稱的巨大建築羣。我們住了2晚的整體感受就是完美，找不出缺點。之前看xhs上的差評❌主要集中於三點： 1️⃣歧視國人：我們完全沒感受到，本地印尼服務人員都滿臉微笑，彬彬有禮🧛♀️； 2️⃣不夠親子：酒店裝修風格偏暗，確實不是親子風格的裝修，但有專門的親子泳池和户外小童樂園🎢，遛娃是沒問題的； 3️⃣遊客太多：酒店將近500間房，但由於泳池、餐廳、躺椅數量都很多，我們並沒有感覺到擁擠，住客70%以上的都是白人，整體素質很高。 🛏️我們訂的最基礎房型Grand Deluxe Ocean Court King Room，窗外是熱帶植被，無法直接看到海景，但是距離中央泳池和早餐廳最近，下樓就是沙灘泳池，而且基礎房型寬敞舒適，設施現代化、便利度高（房內自帶三孔插座和USB接口，無需轉化插頭；衞生間乾濕分離，雙台盆，浴缸🛀，馬桶全智能；枱麪充足，有書桌、沙發茶几、電視櫃；燈光設定合理），2000+/晚性價比很高。此外我們還關注過懸崖海景套房（Cliff Pravite Pool Junior），位於主樓，正對海景，自帶私人泳池🏊，可享用延遲早餐和免費cocktail，價格貴一倍要4000+。 🎁Check-in時贈送免費飲品和冰毛巾擦手；房間內玻璃瓶礦泉水、洗護用品無限提供；入住前幾日郵件備註honeymoon，贈送了送花瓣浴🌹、火山石、巧克力巖溶蛋糕、香檳🥂。 🍹早餐廳有兩處，一處位於中央泳池旁Rooftop Bar，一處位於靠近沙灘的Reef Beach，咖啡和煎蛋是入座時向服務員點單，其餘自助。我們入住期間嘗試了三家餐廳，可提前郵件或電話定座： 1️⃣Rooftop Bar：主樓建築羣最佳觀賞點，露天户外，適合夜晚觀景小酌，人均200+RMB； 2️⃣Reef Beach Club：距離海岸線不到50米，適合邊看海邊下午茶，印尼炒飯很好吃，人均200+RMB； 3️⃣Baiyun火鍋：套餐形式，一人一口小鍋，肉量很少，豆腐香菇可以免費續，人均500+RMB。

和家人住在這家酒店。房間很舒服,有巴釐風格的建築。早餐菜單需要更多的選擇。兒童游泳池很棒,很乾淨,我女兒很高興在那裏度過時光。在YOGA的陪同下,前廳培訓,他與客人有良好的溝通技巧,可以在短時間內解釋我們房間的區域。在未來,YOGA我認爲對任何公司來說都是一筆好資產
