A truly marvellous hotel in one of the most mystical places we have ever seen. The entire colonial-style hotel complex is an African dream. You can see directly onto the Zambezi from the beautiful rooms. The food - whether breakfast, lunch or dinner - was excellent. A real luxury hotel that is absolutely worth the price. The service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our absolute favourite was Edward, the hotel's concierge: not only a helpful, extremely friendly and humorous man, but also simply a great person who told us a lot about the Zambezi way of life and demonstrated genuine hospitality. For his sake alone, we would stay at the Royal Livingstone Hotel again at any time.

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

聖誕前幾天跟老公一起在這邊住了兩晚，環境一流，服務一般比起東南亞確實差點，也比非洲國家的同等酒店稍差。早上出門就掛了打掃衛生的牌子，下午三點多回房還沒打掃，直到晚上回去才打掃乾淨了。早餐也還好，英美式的早餐都大同小異。吃得還行，衹是沒有鮮榨果汁，飲料感覺是濃縮果汁兌水的。晚上又開夜牀服務，送個小點心不錯。環境特別好，院子裏有猴子，不像國內的那麼凶，不強東西，不主動攻擊人。酒店外圍就是野生動物園，第一晚跟老公在外麪吃完中餐回酒店在酒店門口三十米左右看到一隻野豬，簡直不敢相信我的眼睛。臨河的房間大大的落地窗對着河景，非常靜謐，早上打開窗看着河景躺在牀上很愜意。被子是羽絨被，但是牀單被罩不夠柔軟舒適，可能這是非洲國家的通病。總的來說還是值得一住的 。

The hotel was exactly what we expected, however......Alan, the duty manager, was AMAZING and made us feel like abolute royalty! He was fully engaged with us and tended to all our needs! I would highly recommend the hotel, especially to experience Alan's service. Thank you Alan for making our trip special!

Comfortable, clean, welcoming and safe with a great cooked breakfast which we ate by the pool. It may not be luxurious but it's great value for money. Gloria's daughter drove us to a local restaurant and collected us, which was very welcome. We were asked to bring US dollars to make payment on the day.
