利文斯通飯店

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

I really recommend Jollyboys if you are travelling alone. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and organized, and the common area is super comfortable to chill. They also have weekly activities in the hostel, as well as very useful information for things to do during your stay. Great location as well, just a block away from the main road.

It looks so much better on the inside than the outside and the room we had was similar to the website photos. No mosquito nets but spray was provided and regularly used. The bedding however was old, tired and the pillows stained. It all needs replacing urgently. Food in the dining room was of good quality but the service was slow. There is no “ proper” coffee served, just the ricoffee with boiled milk if you order it in the restaurant. The staff at the front desk were always welcoming and wanting to ensure that all was well with us. The Wi-Fi wasn’t always consistent which was frustrating. We would stay here again as it was convenient for walking into town and the activity desk had a range of excursions to choose from. It was also budget friendly for us. But I would want to know that the bedding was clean and fresh if I did want to stay here again . We booked the Chobe day trip from here with the travel company African Joined and the service was exceptionally good.

Amazing friendly staff. We loved staying here and will be back. Food is pretty good. Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers and activities. Overall a really great experience. Can’t say enough about the customer service and how much we appreciated all of the wonderful people who worked at the hotel and treated us with such kindness and respect. This was also true of everyone we met in Zambia. We will definitely be back.

We booked this hotel mainly due to its location. It is right next to Victoria falls and access is free to hotel guests. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Facilities excellent and pool is great. The ground have wildlife wandering around from Zebra, Giraffe to mongoose and monkeys. The staff are amazing. I would definitely book again

An absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Can’t recommend highly enough!! Only 2 suggestions for improvement: 1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is. 2) Put a hairdryer in the room.
