布拉格有陽台的飯店

距離市中心車程大約十分鐘，酒店佔地面積大，房間空間在歐洲來説算充足了。旁邊步行三分鐘有大型商場超市美食，叫外賣也方便，性價比高。每層樓都有製冰機，喝冰水很方便。 唯一缺點是入住期間兩天都有旁邊房間男女傳出的聲音，雖然持續時間短但也讓旁邊房間住客十分尷尬。酒店隔音很好，因此這個跟酒店無關。

酒店採用自助check in ，check in 個日酒店會發 email 比個 code 就可入酒店大門同房門，有lift，就算幾大件行李都唔怕， 房間好大，有咖啡機、雪櫃、電磁爐等，有齊碗碟刀叉，煮食好方便，不過冷氣係中央，可以有時覺得熱，但我4月時候旅行，可以開窗， 溫度好適合，係洗手間有陣臭味，關上浴屏就好啲 酒店係中心，行去舊廣場天文鐘都係3分鐘左右，好方便 總括而言，係值得推介的

地理位置極好，就在查理大橋附近，離老城區也很近，絕大多數景點可以步行到達。房間很大，很乾凈，衞生間也很大。早餐種類不算特別豐富吧，不過好在每天都會更新小部分菜式。唯一不足的就是，一進大門就是一道樓梯，拎大行李箱可能不太方便（不過從旁邊一道小門進去有電梯），另外我們的房間就在前台旁邊，每次開門進出都感覺有點怪怪的，其他還好。

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

房間比我想像中的大ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 因為是Airbnb所以很驚訝ㅎㅎ 電視很大，可以做飯，位置也很好 如果我再次來到捷克共和國，我一定還想再來這裡...！

我們一行六人訂了三間房,住了三晚,入住後立即發現房間明顯比我們訂的要小。聯繫了前台和Trip.com後,房間無法更改,我們只提供了非常小的補償,沒有明確解釋房間大小的差異,我們感到非常沮喪,更不用說浪費了尋求補救的時間了。 酒店中心位置非常適合探索主要景點,但我們入住的幾個方面沒有達到預期。1.房間大小和清潔度:房間很小,整體清潔度低於平均水平。例如,裝滿指紋和油脂的吹風機(沒有衛生袋)放在乾淨的浴巾旁邊。隱私問題:一個不速之客的管家工作人員進入我們的房間,沒有敲門推銷25歐元的酒店品牌泰迪熊,這是完全不能接受的,缺乏對隱私的尊重。3.早餐體驗:早餐選擇豐富,但供應在酒吧區(酒店正門在哪裏到達酒店前台)和夾層樓,座位相當有限。食物鋪在酒保的櫃檯上,創造了一個混亂和緊張的環境,特別是在早餐高峯期。安全問題:由於酒店從歷史建築中現代化,因此存在結構限制,例如工作人員/客房服務電梯和通往屋頂酒吧的專用電梯,爲酒店客房共享相同的電梯大堂。酒吧電梯也提供進入酒店房間地板的機會。這引起了安全問題,因爲非酒店/酒吧客人可能會在沒有任何安全檢查的情況下進入酒店房間。 這家酒店適合優先考慮位置的旅行者,而不是其他任何東西。根據我們的經驗,它不應該被歸類爲五星級。

酒店位置不錯，離老城廣場，查理大橋都很近，房間雖然不大但可滿足需求，喜歡酒店早餐，尤其水果。服務態度也好，在前台借了轉接頭，哈哈

工作人員非常友好 儘管我的英文很差，他們還是給了我一份由翻譯翻譯的長文，還送了一杯迎賓飲料給我。 因為景色好所以預訂了這家酒店，但是位置有點令人失望，因為到市中心要步行10多分鐘，不過很安靜所以還可以。 房間條件很好，如果我再來布拉格我還會住在這裡。

預訂時我輸入了3位成人和1位兒童，但入住時系統裡卻只有3位成人。這有點令人失望。當我出示Trip.com的預訂確認資訊時，飯店工作人員說可能是技術問題。 幸運的是，我兒子可以免費入住，但房間只允許3位成人入住。所以我的孩子只能共用一張沙發。我去前台好心地要了額外的枕頭和毯子，他們也提供了。 這就是為什麼我不能給五星級好評。 停車費是24小時35歐元，早餐是20歐元——我覺得有點貴。 但總的來說，住宿還不錯——酒店非常乾淨，而且位於中心位置。

apartment很大，地點很好找，但由於是全自動入住形式，所以沒有寄存行李服務。但附近也有很多店舖可以做行李寄存。我們房間在4樓，有電梯非常好👍🏻，房間亦有洗衣機，由於布拉格是我們最後一站，有洗衣機真的很方便，但沒有提供洗衣液，可以到附近的tesco買一次性的，但沒有提供掠衣架，這點較不方便。沖涼房還有浴缸👍🏻廚房設施齊全，更有提供鹽及胡椒粉，非常好👍🏻房間很舒適，只是在中心區晚上會較嘈，但我們很累，所以也睡得很好！非常推薦入住！
