巴庫鄰近YAY Gallery的飯店

巴庫至少有4家藍寶石酒店(藍寶石,藍寶石客棧,藍寶石城,皇家藍寶石),所以可能會有點混亂。但我住的藍寶石客棧,還可以。誠然,網上看起來比現實好多了,但還是有很多不錯的方面。位置優越,步行到老城、濱水或中心都很方便。我得到了314房間,一個巨大的、古老的空間,有褪色的米色地毯和可怕的金色牆紙,但空間很好,牀真的很舒適。我的衛生間形狀很好,瓷磚乾淨,大雨淋,熱水很好,毛巾柔軟。電話不工作,房間wifi弱。早餐相當“非歐洲”,有橄欖,西紅柿和奶酪,但很棒的乳製品(酸奶,奶油和皮艇爲死!)。一些新鮮的果汁和雞蛋(除了煮熟)會很好。此外,酒店迎合大型旅遊團體:當他們入侵早餐室時,很難找到座位,工作人員努力保持自助餐的最新情況。我發現前台,客房服務和餐廳的所有工作人員都非常友好。

地理位置優越，就在巴庫地標火焰塔裏，出門就到可不行到老城區，希爾萬沙宮殿，少女塔都近在咫尺。前台工作人員服務態度五星好評！！讓人留下深刻印象，下次來一定還會首選費爾蒙。在房間裏就能看到無敵的裏海景觀讓人驚歎，是這個旅程最驚艷的一段記憶。如果你來巴庫，建議你也選擇費爾蒙火焰塔酒店。好評好評！地理位置優越，就在巴庫地標火焰塔裏，出門就到可不行到老城區，希爾萬沙宮殿，少女塔都近在咫尺。好評好評好評！！！

The hotel is an average hotel and needs a lot of improvements… I’ll be detailed: 1. Rooms: The hotel is recently renovated, but the rooms are not so new, we had to change 2 rooms because bed boards are torn (check picture) and unfortunately seems that all rooms are the same. Rooms are fine if you are not looking into details. 2. Service: The staff is good and kind but most of the staff specially house keeping they don’t speak english… for 5 stars hotel like Marriott chain, the whole staff should be trained to speak english. the service is too slow, I had to ask 2-3 times for anything I need from house keeping and I’m getting it late and not complete. We came one day to the room and found room is serviced, but toilet is not cleaned, guarage is full as we left it, replaced towels are dirty and bed sheets are kept as is while it’s clear that it was dirty due to food remains. Restaurent staff are very kind and nice. 3. Front end manager and events manager were very kind and generous. 4. Hotel location is good but not the best, sea view is amazing, it’s +20 mins walking from Old City and Nizami. By taxi around 7 mins which is good (if there is no traffic) 5. Breakfast: Breakfast was good with diversity. 6. Room Service: We ordered food in the room once and it was not nice. 7. Abakuz restaurent dinner was nice on NYE. 8. There is no pool. There is one mixed Sauna and Steam rooms. There is a small room. 9. Lobby/Lounge: Lobby is small, there a library/TV room in the lobby which is very nice to read a book, watch TV and have a coffee. 10. ATM: There is an ATM in B1 floor where you can exchange money (USD, Euro..) with a competitive rate (better than banks in the city) all in all, the hotel is not a 5 stars hotel and cannot be considered a Sheraton/Marriott Standard. my advise to the hotel GM is to work on the house keeping staff by giving more trainings and english language courses.

Stayed here for the F1 Grand Prix weekend. Great location in the old city. Staff very friendly and hotel is so quiet. Beds are comfortable , showers lovely and hot and generally very clean hotel. It is not 5* if you’re judging against UK hotels I would say a good 3*. The breakfasts are not catered for western pallets much more Turkish/ Arabic but they’re fine. It has a stunning view of the flame towers with a lovely restaurant on the 4th floor with a retractable roof which shows of the flames even better. Thoroughly recommend this hotel 6 nights for £650 which considering it is F1 weekend I think is good value.

A family boutique hotel, quiet in a quiet location adjacent to Nizami Street, bustling with life and lively. Perfect location within walking distance to all the attractions, close to the old city, the promenade, etc. I stayed there for three enjoyable weeks. Amazing staff Turan, Ibrahim and the lovely Rashid, attentive to every request and help with everything needed with patience and kindness. The room is modest but has everything needed for a long and short stay Comfortable bed, hot water and strong current in the shower, electric kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, shower products. And very clean, with no aftertaste. The breakfast is modest, enough to start the day. The hotel has a good restaurant and excellent black beer. This is the hotel for me also for the next time when I arrive.

Excellent upmarket hotel. Very friendly staff, nothing too big or small. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Missed a night so they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite facing the old town / overlooking the flame towers. Lovely room, cleaned twice per day and comfy beds. There’s a lovely bar on site which also had a pianist on the Friday evening; plus a whiskey/ cigar lounge which was pleasant. Drinks in both were great. Also used the room service option. Chocolate fondant was excellent, chicken sandwich average but a decent selection and prices of the mini bar fridge weren’t unreasonable. There is also a spa on site, although didn’t use it prices weren’t advertised and couldn’t find much online (even tried downloading the four seasons app). Did ring them to get prices but can’t recall what they are. The hotel also has an ATM which is really handy as taxis are predominantly cash based if you use the Bolt app to get a driver. You can also rent scooters to get around the city which are a very short walk away from the hotel (and worth it considering the traffic!). Felt very safe here and would definitely return back to the same hotel again.

I am still in this hotel and expects to check out next day. First thing first, I booked 2 nights and the first room they allocated was 323. Noisy from karaoke or band till 11.30Pm even with soundproofing. The bed, kingsize but on the right side sank and if you were to roll to the left side you will feel it feels higher and also the design of the toilet is atrocious seemingly clean at a glance but look closer. The toilet hanger is so high up only tall people can reach the towels. I feedback and was given another room 325. It was better but cleanliness of toilet is still substandard. Next, I checked out after the 2nd night when I queried if I could stow my luggage in the hotel to stay in Sheki for 1 night. They accepted to store my luggage. The day after, I return to check in again for 1 more night and this is my last night in this country. When I enquired with the reception about my luggage, he went out of the reception went to the lobby corner and pull my luggage. I was horrified to see all these while it was not stowed properly in a store room but pushed at one corner of the hotel lobby out in the open where there is a lot of traffic. When enquired with the staff why is this so, he did not response and looked *****ic at me. When I arrived from Tbilisi I had encountered attempted theft from tbilisi airport and now this. This is too much stress for a holiday. The reason for choosing this hotel is because they are near the old city and they have a lift. Find elsewhere they have no regards for people's property.

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room.
