巴庫Fortress Walls of Icheri Sheher附近住宿

This Boutique for my first tip to Baku , it has clean environment in the room, also integral device， the hotel location is very good cause 5mins to old city and shopping mall, also 5mins by walk to a fountain square in Baku city centre.

最差的一次入住體驗，入住時酒店前台説未收到攜程付款，拖了很久不給辦理入住手續，後來前台主管讓我刷卡付費後入住，之後我反覆與攜程交涉，一共住三晚，其中兩天都在忙這個事兒，攜程説酒店不回覆，酒店説攜程未付款，一直到我退房後過了幾個小時才解決，害的我在前台站了一個多小時，又冷又餓又煩，第二天沒辦法與同伴遊玩兒，太糟糕了，不論是酒店還是攜程，都很糟糕，差評差評差評。

令人驚嘆的住宿體驗，前台的服務非常出色！ ，位置非常完美，一切都只需步行！完美的酒店..唯一的問題是他們不打掃客房服務，他們只是安排..我遇到了廁所問題，發現它根本沒有打掃！即使房間的紙巾盒是空的，他們也沒有填充它，他們沒有註意到，因為即使我要求紙巾盒，他們也不清潔，它被保留在紙巾盒容器的一側。提供幫助和協助，他們甚至提供半夜的清潔服務只是為了幫忙！完美的飯店，他們只需要努力提升管家的水平 注意：位於較低樓層和特定道路上的房間非常吵，因為汽車無法入睡，因此請要求搬到較高樓層或酒店的另一側

環境好，服務態度很好，風景很好

Мне понравилось завтракать на балконе с шикарным видом на город и море, этот вид на миллион, ты видишь и начинаешь понимать где расположены достопримечательности города. Детям понравился номер с двухярусной кроватью, она добротная и удобная, на территории отеля есть игровая площадка, которая дает возможность мне спокойно выпить кофе пока дети играют.

我真的很喜歡這家酒店。熱情友善的工作人員，良好舒適的房間。食物相當不錯——我們買的住宿含早餐。香腸，乳酪，炒蛋，香腸，蛋，蔬菜。他們給了我們水果：蘋果、梨子和橘子。他們提供多種果汁、茶、咖啡。飯店有一個水療中心，我真的很喜歡土耳其浴室和帶游泳池的芬蘭桑拿浴室——對客人免費。飯店不是位於市中心，但附近有尼扎米地鐵站，或者你可以搭乘計程車，在城市裡很便宜。我們用的是優步。附近有 Grandmart 超市和 Bravo 連鎖店。如果你沿著路走一點，你可以去 Zaura 咖啡館，在我看來，這是唯一一個你可以便宜地吃到熱食和湯的地方。支付住宿費用時重要的一點是 - 如果您當場付款，他們只接受美元和馬納特。我強烈推薦這家飯店，這裡的一切都是為了讓您住得舒適！

Записывались на собеседование в Посольство США. Подобрали этот отель. Оказался всего в 5-ти минутах ходьбы. Завтрак скромный, но продукты очень качественные. Но появляются комары. В комнат есть фумигатор на этот случай)

It’s very nice hotel it’s good service and nice location all stuff good fastly service,in my self its first visiting this hotel and will be not final I will come next time Any thing I’m very happy and enjoying in this hotel I like the Qafqaz Baku City hotel

設施：總體來説無功無過，早餐8點開始，吃的東西種類有些貧瘠，最好吃的竟然是餅乾類的 衞生：還不錯，很乾凈 環境：不在鬧市區，但是打車也比較方便 服務：阿塞拜疆整體服務水平就很一般，沒有期待就沒有失望😞 值得一提的是：用權益換了提早入住和早餐，酒店竟然不知道。後面跟客服溝通之後才可以。

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room.
