大吉嶺甘地路溫德姆華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling Gandhi Road)

Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

Not worth for money..if you want to stay at the mall road,select this hotel or else can go for mayflower or other good resorts..restuarant needs improvement..add more varities in breakfast and dinner..i stayed in ramada in other places and know about their food quality and taste..

Lo primero a tener en cuenta, al llegar seguro que te decepciona, la fachada del hotel esta a medio terminar, en obras, la entrada es por el garaje. Nos dieron una habitación buena, grande. limpia y con un gran ventanal y terraza , estupendo, el baño bien y limpio. Y lo mejor las vistas espectaculares a las montañas, si hace buen día veras las nevadas montañas es maravilloso. La cena a la carta o bufe y el desayuno bufe esta muy bien,,, personal estupendo,,, Se encuentra en pleno centro, por lo tanto veras el movimiento diario de los lugareños y parte de la ciudad. Saliendo a la derecha hay una calle llena de tiendas y puestos con comida y dando un cortito paseo se llega a una plaza comercial y cerrada al trafico, suelo estar muy animada con musical y conciertos.

The property is in a bad shape. Have to tell them to do the basic necessary things in cleaning. Towels are dirty, bed sheets have stains. Bathrooms are in a bad shape. The worst is that the frontend team are totally unprofessional. The lights were fluctuating continuously and when complained the front office had no replies. So I went down to speak with the duty ***ager Mr. Kamal and after a long discussion he tells me to speak to the electricity board.

It is a good property located on Gandhi road, Darjeeling. Good service and nice hospitality made our stay more pleasurable. Mr. Subrata, Mr. Prasanta and Ms Damini took care of us very well. We will recommend this property to all our friends and relatives.

If one is looking for convenience, comfort and luxury, from all angles this is the best option in Darjeeling. Strategically located in the center, 50 mts from mall road and having a covered parking of its own which is a rarity in Darjeeling. Sumptuous choice of food options especially the breakfast and super fast services. Almost close to a 5 star!!!! A special mention to Shuvam who was extremely polite and helpful. And also the security guards outside.

Bad experience from ramada group Group of 5 couples visited and had to wait till 5 pm for checkin and then also rooms were not cleaned with dirty washroom and in a property with over 50 rooms on 25 staff in the whole property. Severely understaffed and clueless people as no information about are booking or updates about any service were missing. Baad quality of stay. Would not recommend. Hotel still under construction for years and noise was too much. Bad quality of food.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. There was continuous construction and drilling sound all through the day including very early in the morning . This made the stay very unpleasant and disturbing. Rest, the hotel's service was overall good

One of best hotel, I stayed. Everyone is cooperative & friendly start from front desk, dining, room service, laundry, driver dada. Everyone happy to help. Specially front desk service and dining persons are so cooperative. Food was delicious and have lots of varieties. Wifi connectivity is good.
