Ambience of resort ,Beas river flowing just through the sides, all staff members very cordial and ready to help at any time with a smiling face ,food quality excellent.our 3 days stay was wonderful experience.Room service was good. Walking track is very good.parking facility for vehicles

The location , service and staff was the highlight of this resort . I have never seen such helping and smiling staff . I would love to appreciate them here - Punnet ( front desk ) , Ashok ji & Dayal ji ( Restaurant) , Anil ( Bar ) . Whoever is reading this review should definitely go and experience the property without any doubt . Everyone should try their world class liquor collection . Lastly i would like to share my after checkout experience- we forgot something in our room locker , mr. Punnet called us when we were on our way back home and very calmly he sent us that parcel in an urgent courier to Rajasthan .

We are stayed in may 2024 Very nice location e and food quality was also improved. I stayed earli er also in 2023 but there is a need of improvement in food quality which was improved. very nice palace staffs are very kind and helpful children can play indoors and outdoors games with safety

Food was average. Desserts and continental items were below standard though we always got hot rotis. Plus they were mindful of what we wanted No entertainment activities like fishing , walks , yoga , cultural programs etc. the heating was not consistent in rooms and kept switching off and on. service was excellent. We asked for a barbecue to be organised. Your staff did a brilliant job. Mainly very very sad desserts at the breakfast and dinner buffet . Zero baking skills.

Waking up to the sound of the river was so soothing. The views were stunning, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It was the perfect getaway! Surrounded by mountains, it's the perfect place to relax and have fun. The spa is amazing, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend for a great time!

Such a beautiful and serene place by the river. I woke up to beautiful sound of gushing water and chirping birds and I loved every minute of my stay. Food is amazing and staff are very hospitable. My little one enjoyed the play area tok.The best place that I stayed so far.

Great property, very good food and hospitality. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. Possibly the only five star property in Manali, the Beas river is just adjacent and provides a fantastic view and experience

Great place to visit. Loved how staff took care of us during our visit. Delicious food and awesome facilities. Cozy bar and play area were superb. Would prefer to visit every time we are in kullu.

Excellent property. Superb staff...each and every person. Chef Sher Singh, F&B head Raj Kumar, Manager Puneet Kashyap and rest of the staff...great hospitality,great food, superb location next to Beas away from the din of Manali. Nice cosy bar and well stocked library as well as the boutique.Must visit . Would love to return to the same place again.
