Είναι ένα μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο,καθαρό με μεγάλες πισίνες,μεγάλα δωμάτια και πάνω στην θάλασσα.Είναι πολυτελές με φιλικό προσωπικό αλλά επειδή είμαι λάτρης του καλού φαγητού μπορώ να πω ότι το φαγητό τους με εντυπωσίασε.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

我們住的是海景房。入住非常棒,工作人員非常友好,您還能看到面具後面的微笑。房間配備現代設施,牀很舒服。我們非常喜歡這次入住,可以推薦酒店😁

很棒的酒店,免費健身房,游泳池和桑拿。可愛的工作人員,是一個很好的平靜。公寓大小合適,有一個可愛的陽台。

We have recently returned from a weeks stay at the Melpo Antia, it was a bit of a last minute booking following a week we spent in Ayia Napa in 2023 we knew we wanted to return but try a different hotel. We were not disappointed. From the minute you enter you are made to feel welcome with the amazing front of house staff. Straight to our lovely spacious 1 bed apartment room. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for us. Woke bright and early and got the dread of going out for sunbed wars….. well there was non!!!! First holiday we have ever been on where no one is reserving beds, plus the fact there was plenty for everyone. We stayed all inclusive and it was the best food we have had at an AI. It’s a lovely small hotel in a perfect spot for wandering the town and visiting the harbour or a quick 6 min taxi to Nisi beach (which I 100% recommended visiting) What makes this hotel though is the staff. Valentino (Rossi) entertainer with the best card tricks 💜, Ibra our lovely pool barman, Lazaros Restaurant manager (who went out of his way to come on his shift early the day we left to say goodbye to us) and Xambi the Restaurant Chief (as previously mentioned the best AI food). I know there are names I have missed but honestly everyone in this hotel is a credit. The happiest and always wanting to help and ensure you are looked after. I do hope management see these reviews and appreciate the staff they have! My only negative was the pool temp 🥶 it was pretty cold, but to be fair majority of hotels we visit the pools aren’t that warm. Sea was a beautiful temp though and once you get in the pool you do adjust (slightly 🤭) Also the bakery that’s accessible from the hotel grounds makes a lovely morning coffee, ice coffee, ice creams, cakes etc.

Second time in this hotel and as before very nice stay.Staff are very friendly reception staff Tanya,Bipu,Olga and Camill .Cleaning staff very professional special thanks to Elaine,who was our cleaner last year, and Frosa who loved to chat.Pool was very clean,pretty quiet and plenty of comfatable sun beds.This is a nice quiet small hotel ideal for relaxation you could get breakfast there and snacks in the afternoon which were very nice from the napa crown.Main meals were served in the sister hotel Nelda Beach which was only a short walk over the road ,again food was excellent always a good choice.The all inclusive was in the napa crown a well run sports bar attached to the hotel this is a public pub well run by Marios a really friendly chap who always welcomed us,his staff are very professional special mention to Purushottam who is very friendly and polite but happy to serve you.The staff remembered us from last year which is nice.There is also a well stocked supermarket attached which is open very late and well priced. The downside is that we needed two rooms My friend had a pool view I paid quite a lot extra for a Sea view room as these were the only rooms left.We were intrigued as to where the sea view room would be as we are a little way from the sea.We arrived early hours my friends pool view was a wall you could see the pool if you looked round the wall,however the staff being what they are gave him a sea view room the next morning free of charge.My sea view was from my balcony on the top floor granted you could see the sea but it was a long way off ,couldn’t make anything out and definitely not worth the £300 I paid extra than a pool view.Tui contacted the hotel and we’re told that it was classed as a sea view if you want to see boats etc I would advise that you to take binoculars,I would definitely use this hotel again just wouldn’t pay for a distant Sea view,just a shame this is my only complaint but it’s a lot of money for what you get.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

Από που να αρχίσω. Το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο στη Αγία Νάπα με διαφορά πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με ολοκάθαρα δωμάτια και εξαιρετικό φαγητό. Το προσωπικό είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει - πλήρης και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση σ´όλους τους τομείς με την κυρία Άντρη να είναι σε άλλο level. Το ξενοδοχείο το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Καταπληκτική θέα και τόπος αφού δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο. Είναι και θα είναι για πάντα η μόνιμη επιλογή μας. Ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Η επίσκεψη στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν οικογενειακή με 2 παιδιά.

Just returned from a week at this hotel, we arrived at 10pm and got checked in quickly and efficiently, the red haired receptionist was very pleasant and spoke perfect English. She explained the food hall was closed but she gave us packed meals in polystyrene boxes. However on opening them was disappointed to find they contained one plastic packed chocolate croissant, a packet of garibaldi biscuits and an apple. Ultra processed sugary rubbish which I don’t consider is an evening meal. I went across the road to the supermarket and bought some cold meat, cheese and a salad, and the sugary rubbish got thrown in the bin. Management you run a hotel, why don’t you give people nice healthy hotel food to eat? Our room was clean, we were on the ground floor however on going out onto the balcony our “view” was a side alley where staff came out to sit and smoke and they wheeled rubbish bins along, absolutely awful so we did not sit on the balcony ever. The pool area is nice and clean and relaxed, nobody pesters you, there is no animation team there, it’s just really chilled. The pool however is much smaller than it looks online, it’s the smallest pool I’ve ever been to and you can’t really swim in it, I tried but you go round in little circles but someone always gets in your way. It’s definitely just a pool to cool off in , so if you like to swim a lot don’t book this hotel. There are not nearly enough sun loungers around the pool, we weren’t there in the high season but many times came out and there was none free, management you need to provide far more loungers. The hotel is in a perfect location, a few minutes walk from the beach, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby too. The main ***** is about a 10 minute walk away. The beach is a small ***** of sand nearly all covered with sun loungers which you have to pay for, €2.50 for a lounger and another €2.50 for an umbrella, but they were always full and we found a little bit of sand and put our towels down there. The beach is very rocky and stoney, and the stones go far out so you really need water shoes to get in and out. There’s not much fish to see there for snorkelling. The food at the hotel had a smaller choice than other hotels, but I always found something to eat, the only problem is it was lukewarm, by the time you got back to your table to eat it it was cold. Management you need to turn up the heaters under your food to make it hot. The desserts were very limited, all they had were generic bought in frozen sponges of various different colours which they cut into little squares, that was all they had every lunchtime and evening, it was a poor show. Management you need to employ a pastry chef and make some different desserts. Also there was a distinct lack of Cypriot food on offer, I never saw halloumi or baklava on the menu. The coffee was disgusting, undrinkable, there was a Costa coffee shop a four minute walk away which I went to to get a decent coffee. The staff in the canteen were efficient a

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα αλλά όχι και τόσο καθαρό! Πάνω στην τηλεόραση σκόνες στο καφέ παρκέ στις γωνίες σκόνες και όλοι οι διάδρομοι του ορόφου γεμάτο μικρά σκουπιδακια! Το μπουφέ τους μεγάλο με πολύ ποικιλία αλλά τα ζεστά ήταν από χλυαρα μέχρι παγωμένα! Η πισίνα μεγάλη αλλά με λίγα κρεβατάκι όπως και ο χορός με τα κραβατακια του ξενοδοχείου στην παραλία δύσκολα έβρισκες αφού τα περισσότερα ήταν κρατημένα από κόσμο που δεν έμεναν στο ξενοδοχειο ! Καθυστέρησαν να μας κάνουν check in και όταν ζητήσαμε να κάνουμε late check out η απάντηση τους ήταν δυστυχώς δεν μπορούμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε αν και ξέρουμε ότι σας καθυστέρησα με στο check in!! Νομίζω έχουμε χάσει την έννοια του πενταστερου ξενοδοχειου!
