科斯梅勒尼亞公寓飯店(Cosmelenia Hotel Apartments)

20:10 all 4G 51 { lo e Sergio siamo appena tornati da Cipro, isola bellissima con un mare fantastico! Purtroppo non possiamo dire lo stesso per la struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato: APARTHOTEL COSMELENIA. siamo due ragazzi semplici, senza particolari pretese, abbiamo girato il mondo e soggiornato in diverse strutture, ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene, mai nulla di cui lamentarsi. Quest'anno purtroppo non è andata così: personale scorbutico e scortese, (esempio: ho chiesto gentilmente un cambio asciugamano, la responsabile mi ha sbuffato in faccia tutta scocciata .....). Siamo arrivati di notte in hotel, ed ancora prima di fare il check in la signora dice che se avessimo voluto l'aria condizionata l'avremmo dovuta pagare a parte .... ( non si i può nel 2023......!) è impossibile non usarla per il caldo torrido.... Quindi..... chiediamo di poterla usare ma di pagare l'indomani mattina in quanto era notte fonda ed eravamo molto stanchi dal viaggio.... La risposta è stata: - se la volete dovete pagare adesso..... spiazzati dalla sua risposta arrogante paghiamo subito. Ci accompagna in camera, entriamo e ci accoglie una puzza assurda che NON CI HA ABBANDONATO per tutto il soggiorno, l'arredamento era fatiscente.... Il bagno un buco, con la cassa dello sciacquone dell'acqua in ceramica ( forse anni 70....) sollevato, col pericolo che cadesse da un momento all'altro e con la manovella per caricare l'acqua da rilasciare nel water! Ora arriva il bello... ... la gestione dei pasti: avevamo il trattamento di pensione completa, il primo giorno arrivo, mi aspettavo un bel bouffet dove poter scegliere quello che si vuole, invece NO! Arriva la signora con un menù, dove c'era indicato menù colazione, menù pranzo e menù cena. Per colazione chiedo uno yogurt con cornflakes e frutta, mi viene risposto che è prevista solo una cosa per persona ( quindi o solo yogurt e cornflakes o yogurt e frutta) se volevo altro dovevo pagare a parte....! Così per il pranzo e per la cena! Attenzione! Se per cena volevi qualcosa che era i indicato nella pagina del menù pranzo ( o vice versa) non si poteva! lo trovo tutto questo assolutamente assurdo, in tanti anni di viaggi non ci è mai capitato nulla di simile! ESPERIENZA PESSIMA!!! NON ANDATECI!!!!

Ho passato 10 giorni fantastici prima di partire mi ero affidata alle recensioni brutte ma non è cosi personale fantastico e pulizia nelle stanze cosmelenia avrai sempre un posto nel cuore tutto fantastico

Super appart hotel, personnel super sympa! Pour des vacances avec des enfants je le recommande plus plus! Cornelia est une dame jentille, joyeuse. Des supermarcket sont 50 metre de l’hotel, et la plage a 3min a pied. Des vacances parfaite ! Un grand merci a Cosmelia

Всем добрый день! Почему то в этом году нет ни одного отзыва про данный отель, очень переживала из за этого, настраивала себя на худшее чтобы не расстраиваться потом. В 3 звёзды ездили впервые, нужен был бюджетный отдых. Зря пережевала, отель прекрасный за эти деньги. Я брала номер студия супериор, она достаточно новая со свежим ремонтом. В номере нет мыла, фена, ни каких средств. Есть кухня, с посудой, плитой. У подруги были апартаменты, они со старым ремонтом и мебелью, но везде очень чисто, вся территория убирается хорошо. Кондиционер платный 7€ сутки, в августе нереально без него, если берёшь на больше дней, то дешевле. Питание мы брали FB. Все приемы пиши были по меню. На завтрак можно выбратьодин напиток (чай, кофе, сок) и один вид завтрака, тосты, масло. Обед - одно блюдо по меню, ужин - одна закуска на выбор и одно основное блюдо. Порции большие, все очень вкусно. Что касается расположения, отель в самом конце Айя-напы, народу нет, кафе рядом все пустые, для спокойного отдыха. Пляж недалеко, можно пройти через пустырь (так ближе), можно по дороге. Пляж Макронисос хороший. Рядом нет большого супермаркета, только небольшие, где все очень дорого. Фрукты тоже не нашли, где купить. В целом отдых понравился. Отель стоит своих денег, все очень достойно. Персонал в начале пугает своей экспрессивностью, но в действительности они добрые и отзывчивые.

-Hotel pessimo. -Il propietario ha un aria minacciosa e il personale è scortese. -Ho chiesto se potevo fare il ceck in in aticipo e il propietario mi ha urlato contro,allora abbiamo ripreso le valigie, caricate in macchina e portate con noi al mare -Le camere sono grandi mah l'aria condizionata non è inclusa nel prezzo e non hanno ventilatori. -Abbiamo fatto spesa,messo le cose in frigo e al nostro rientro ci siamo accorti che erano calde perchè come si toglie la tessera il frigo si spenge,questo mi ha fatto pensare che sia un modo per farti comprare bevande fresche ogni giorno lì da loro. -Piscina spesso sporca e scivolosa sul fondo. -Struttura bella solo in foto,il personale e il propietario dovrebbero fare un corso di educazione. -Non ve lo consiglio.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff and management were great and made us feel very welcome. We were all inclusive and the food was fantastic, every meal was freshly cooked to order with plenty of variety. Every meal we had was delicious. The team work very hard keeping everything clean and tidy ready for their guests. No complaints at all, would definitely consider returning to stay here, especially to see lolos the dog again 😁

We booked here through Easyjet holidays, stayed here largely based on price and it looking like 'our kind of place'. We were right. It was the first drop off on the shuttle bus because it's the second farthest hotel along Nissi Avenue from Ayia Napa, so well away from all of the hustle and bustle (just over 3 miles to the famous square) This also meant, of course, that we were the last to be collected on the return journey too - so we had a longer holiday than everyone else! Time from/to airport was approx 45 minutes once we'd set off. Check-in was easy enough, despite us not arriving until around 22:30. Passports were held by reception, I can't wholly remember why but had no problems with it, we collected them a couple of days later because we were hiring a car. I'd recommend hiring a car to anyone, the process was easy and it was great to see more of the island - the apartments are incredibly easy to find from the motorway. We used Green Motion, based in the centre of Ayia Napa - highly recommended, we're using them again next year. The apartments, again, we had no issues, A bit dated but they were only there to relax and sleep in for us - the balcony was a decent size, didn't need air-con either. Wi-fi was ok from our room and worked fine on the balcony (the mobile data out there is brilliant, though, even better with a Lebara sim!) Others have mentioned the extensive (and expensive) breakage list - don't break anything then you ain't gotta worry about it. Neither of us drink alcohol and there were no cold AF drinks at the bar when we asked - again, not a problem, I accept completely that we're in the minority there - we only found one restaurant/bar all along the ***** that didn't have AF beer, which was a nice surprise. We'd also read, and noted, the other reviews about not eating and drinking food and drink bought from elsewhere by the pool, so just went back to the room when we wanted a beer, otherwise we bought coke by the pool. The apartments were pretty quiet when we were there (October 14th-21st) but most couples spoke and there were a few different nationalities among us - mostly British, though. I'd recommend this place - so much so that we're already looking at returning next year, if not twice. Oh, I proposed on the balcony too, she said yes (obvs) room 416!
