We stayed 12 years ago and it nothing has been updated. A little disappointed. The staff was great. The bungalow, even though listed as having a king pullout sofa and a king bed, only had a king bed and 2 chairs. We had to pay $30 dollars extra to get another bed in the room.

Decent rooms but lacking in amenities - no hot water, no coffee in rooms (but coffee pots). Didn't receive our airport transfer coming from airport. Friendly staff made up for it in some ways, but we were disappointed overall in the quality of the rooms and service.

Отель в непосредственной близости к местной достопримечательности – рыбному рынку. На территории расположено множество бунгал, басейн и основное здание, в котором я жил. В ресторане около главного здания ОЧЕНЬ громко играет музыка до 23-00. Потом начинаются крики птиц. Спать абсолютно невозможно. Это основной недостаток. Номер просторный, мебель устаревшая, но чисто и находится в нём комфортно. WiFi нормальный и работает в номере. Территорию завтрака охраняют сразу с 4х сторон мужчины с палками отгоняющие наглых обезьян. Но даже так обезьянкам иногда удается что-то утащить со свободной раздачи. Бесплатное шоу!

While I was there, there was a wedding under our window. It felt like we were inside the wedding. They didn't even bother to inform us... the room is cramped and almost windowless. There was no ventilation window in the bathroom. The food was cold, there was no dinner at the hotel because there was a wedding..

Honestly speaking I didn't expect this from such an amazing resort,the Customer service were terrible and some of staff at the hotel were rude and unhelpfulI would not recommend Lewi Hotel Hawassa to anyone.provides subpar service It is a scamming resort that is taking your money using pos machine, then you start to beg for your own money for refund.

I have been to Lewi resort for the second time what can I say "heaven on earth" u can watch the beautiful sun set in the evening time and u can enjoy boat driving in the day time. The staffs are very courteous and the room is equipped with full amenity. All in all it is wonderfull, can't wait to come back
