The best hotel ..the manager is so friendly n give me late check out !

When arrriving at the property it is between a train track and a highway you dont hear to much from the highway but the train track noise is bad. There was a dirty tissue in our bed. The pool was veru bad falling appart wise tiles have fallen off everywhere and they have just placed them around the pool very dangerous as they move, the pool isnt very clean and the area around the pool has rubbish everywhere and the pool cleaning equipment had been thrown outside of the store room for the pool with door open very messy. There was rubbish in the actual hallway bit up from us that was never cleaned up the whole time we where there.

I understand that sometimes what you get looks different to the picture when booking online but the smell of parmesan cheese in this room was disgusting, especially in the bathroom. To the point where we didn’t even have a shower before leaving. I avoid conflict but hubby complained to the guy behind the front desk and a lady there who said go back and get a refund. The guy at the front desk went to the room we had stayed in and hung out in there till we got sick of waiting and left as we had an 8hr drive in front of us. From Victoria to Qld and home again it was the most disappointing place we stayed at

The property photos (particularly of the pool) did not match the actual facilities on site - its not even the same pool used for the photos. Service was ok - the man on the front desk wasn't very friendly and overall, the price was overrated for what you receive. Also, this place should NOT be called a 'resort'!

We like the pool but false advertising of open and close time as sign says 7am to 8pm and then only to find out that pool is open at 10am and is always LOCKED at 7am not good at all family’s with children should always be put close to other family with children not couples because couples always make complaints with other family’s with children being to loud is a resort let’s us enjoy it’s not a retirement village so no good if you are looking for a somewhere to stay with children look elsewhere

The lady at the front desk is a complete disgrace to this business. I was told off by her for having booked on *******. She told me I should have booked directly. She also told me she is sick of basketball people (which is why I was there). She then put us in the wrong room. I had to swap with a lady who was already in her room. I had requested through ******* to pay directly because I had vouchers I wanted to us. She ignored my request and charged my credit card. I called her and asked for the money to be refunded so I could pay with Service NSW vouchers but she gave me a million reasons why this was never going to happen. To get rid of me she said she would ask her manager. I have waited a week to hear back from her or her manager - which I haven't.

Property was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and reception were extremely helpful. No room available for our party when we checked in, hotel had to find us a room. They had us booked for 1 bed we required 3! Were also charged more than ******* told us the room would be, weren’t very impressed.

Sorry, it’s a fail. First night in an unmade made room, apprentice mistake by inexperienced staff. Second room was OK, clean and tidy, but quite old. Had to move because room above’s bath was leaking into it. Third room, clean and comfortable bed, but just very cramped, microwave sits on top of hot plates, bathroom ridiculously small and extremely difficult to get in and out of shower, no soap holders. Nothing major, but just like it was not finished and thought about, just sort of made do with what is there. Just a fail and won’t be back. People are nice and didn’t charge for first night, just trying their best with old outdated facilities.

Hot tub was dirty, no hairdryer in the room. Noisy and no lock on the door
