唯一感覺不習慣的是封閉玻璃窗，需要空調常開。 酒店早餐簡單但是讓人很舒服，直接就餐，沒有人過問是否含早餐，很友好。

Pretty good location in downtown, easy to walk to public transport. It's an older hotel but meets all basic needs. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Polite staff and polite valet drivers but a bit disappointed to find out valet parking is your only option and it's $63 per night with tax. Hotel definitely a bit pricey for what you get. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was solid but of course plastic cutlery, paper plates. Feels very cheap and lots of waste. Also security is an issue. You'll get accosted right outside the hotel and asked for money. There is no security at the hotel in the lobby. One guy wandered into the lobby barfeoot and was yelling until the valets were able to get him to leave. Anyone can ride up in the elevator to any floor, you don't have to swipe your room key for your floor. This is very outdated and not secure. I won't be back.

Great location, walkable to many of the sights, nightlife, restaurants, etc A lot of cheaper parking around the hotel as an alternative to expensive hotel valet parking. ($40 vs $55) Good buffet (continental) breakfast.

we loved everything about the room and the facility. the breakfast was as good as you'd expect for an "included with your stay" breakfast. Used the gym a couple times, it was also good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only weird thing was there was a faint, funky "sewer" kind of smell in the bathroom. Couldn't place were it was coming from. Obviously from one of the drains as the bathroom itself was spotless. It just built up in the bathroom if you kept the door closed.

On the second day of my stay I started noticing water leaking from the shower and coming out of the bathroom on the bedroom floor, I informed the staff about it and it was fixed but then later in the night started noticing leakage from the faucets and under the sink. Definitely needs some maintainence. Otherwise staff was very kind and location is prime.

The gentleman at the front desk struggled to enter my information and get me checked in in a timely manner. Then he got a bit snippy when we didnt guve him out undivided attention although i had to spell out the last names of each guest multiple times

Nós reservamos o quarto com snack e agua incluso, no segundo dia o recepcionista não queria repor nossas aguas. Tivemos que brigar para conseguir uma simples de água.

Expect to pay at least $100 for incidentals fees per a night before checking in. Instead of keeping a major credit card on file.

Do not stay at this hotel. Valet is way overpriced. It cost almost as much to park my car as it did to stay at the hotel.

Staff very friendly and well manicured space. However housekeeping never came by tuesday, I returned around 4pm, trash still there no turndown. Beds sunk down and uncomfortable.

Perfect Austin stay. Easy walk to tons of food, shops, music and comedy. Clean, quiet, affordable. Clean comfortable rooms & complimentary breakfast. Chill pool area and new gym. Definitely staying here again next time I'm in Austin.
