There was glass all over the walkway out front. The rooms smelled musty, the hotel is in need of a deep cleaning or refurbishment. My mother and I have asthma and immediately started having issues breathing, we couldn’t even stay at the hotel so we were left scrambling to find a new hotel at the last minute. The hotel showed us three different rooms and they all smelled this way.

The hotel itself smelled bad. The hotel location was good and it would've been a great hotel to stay in if I had hot water. I didn't have hot water on the first night that I checked in and maintenance had to come to my room to fix it. My stay was Fri-Monday. On Sunday coming back in from a hot day of playing kickball. Of course I undress to take a shower as soon as I get in and guess what, I didn't have hot water again. So out of my 3 night stay, two of the nights I didn't have hot water. I had to get fully dressed again and go to the front desk complaining about not having hot water. Maintenence were gone for the day so I had to switch rooms..

We stayed in rm. 418, and there was an A/C unit outside and below our room that came on and off every several minutes all night long and kept me awake most of the night. Also, there was red and black mold in the seam of the shower floor.

New hotel, very nice and clean. Bathroom is large. Very popular hotel in Auburn. Great location. Breakfast is good. The only thing weird is the location of the TV. It was on the side wall.

The channels on the T.V. were not corresponding to what you were watching. The guide would say Jerry McGuire and the channel would be actually Martin.

We have stayed here twice. The hotel is newer, but is showing a lot of wear. It needs a complete update. Reasonably close to Auburn University.

Nice hotel, good location. Quick stay....room was clean. Pillows too small for a king bed!

Get bigger pillows, kings size beds should have king size pillows.

Only thing that was inconvenient is the fact that there was no bathtub, while I personally enjoy the shower, my wife prefers to soak in a tub.

This property is pretty shabby and needs an update; If not an update then a serious deep clean.

I remember that paid for breakfast. However there was no proof to let them know. So i did paid agi Ain for breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

It was a smooth and pleasant stay! We definitely enjoyed! And it was great being last minute and around game time. But still affordable! Thankful to God!

The toilet in our room was clogged. The hotel said they fixed it, but didn’t. We ultimately had to move into a different room in the middle of the night. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly.
