The location is perfect for what we needed. Very clean and cozy! I will stay here again!

The people that worked during our check-in were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better overall quality in staff and in the hotel.

I really liked how there was plenty of options for food which took a lot out a lot of the thinking for where to eat for dinner on my overnight trip, great location!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The Battery is an outstanding entertainment complex.

Likes: The property is convenient to shop, eat and catch Braves games, all without having to drive. Dislikes: Some staff members (not all) seemed bothered when asked for basic necessities such as fresh towels and trash disposal. I checked in on Thursday, October 26th and immediately requested that my room be cleaned daily due to reading some reviews where guests said that room cleaning had to be requested in advance. By Saturday, I still did not have fresh towels, nor trash disposal even after requesting it again on Friday afternoon. Saturday afternoon, I approached a worker at the bar and asked him if he worked in that area, he told me “no”, then said “why, what’s the problem”, as opposed to asking “how can I help you.” Some of the staff members should maybe take a class or have professional development sessions to improve hospitality.

The front of the hotel was crowded with people smoking ****, which made the area a little bit too crowded and noisy.

Hotel was wonderful. Only minor issues were the refrigerator wasnt working maintenance came to look at it and saod he would replace it but never did. A few lights also weren't working. Weird set up for the bathroom but will definitely stay here again. If going to a Braves game this is the place to stay

Favorite place to stay for a Braves game! You can’t beat the location!
