阿斯塔納麗思卡爾頓飯店(The Ritz-Carlton, Astana)

Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

If only I could put more than 5 stars. I love Ozen so much—literally the city's favorite place. I'm lucky most of the time to be served by Rabiya and Dariya. Two most amazing ladies that I've met in the whole KZ. I've been to many other Ritz in the U.S. and some other counties. But here, is a totally different level. And 99% of it because of the amazing Staff. Rabiya is a professional that meets you with a warm smile and makes you feel so welcome and to be honest, must be the most valued worker of Ritz. And Dariya ensures that the food and drinks that are brought to the table are top-notch. She always suggests the best things to try. They did the most amazing thing that happened to me today: after learning that I'm moving to Switzerland for some time they printed the best places to try cheesecake in Switzerland (I usually order one there) and the history and ingredients of my fav drink that I order there. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was so touched and almost cried from the cuteness overload. On top of that, they wrote me a card - handwritten to mention everything above and that they appreciated my visits to their lounge. Tonight we also had an amazing waiter, Nurdaulet. I can't thank enough the marvelous staff of Ozen, the barmen, waiters, managers, the hostess, doormen, and chefs. The care, the love, and the treatment always make me feel a bit happier than when I came.

I went to Mokki cafe yesterday and waitress Malika was serving me.She was extremely nice and kind.I felt so welcomed and appreciated there!!!!I had a problem with airport security at the airport and was down,but Malika handled my mood and brightened it!! Thank you so much Malika

Как попадаешь в отель, тебя окутывают заботой и любовью! 😍 огромное спасибо Малике менеджеру по бронированию, за приятные сюрпризы, за заботу и любовь к своей работе! Спасибо большое официанту Куану! Который покорил наше сердце. Сделал очень приятно нам своей заботой о нас. Спасибо Куан, вы такой умница. Спасибо отелю за такое классный уровень. Наш ребёнок плакал навзрыд уезжая от вас. Надеюсь скоро увидимся ❤️

Hotel di lusso in pieno “centro” ad Astana anche se parlare di “centro” ad Astana non ha alcun senso. Diciamo semmai che è equidistante da tutte le principali attrazioni della capitale. L’hotel occupa un’intero edificio di 18 piani dalle cui finestre si ha un bel panorama sulla città. Camere spaziose, bagni eleganti, ecc… insomma tutto di qualità, di lusso se vogliamo, ma senza quella magia che io personalmente cerco in un hotel. Con questo non do nessuna responsabilità al personale tutto molto professionale, disponibile e cortese. Semmai è quella atmosfera un po’ “Four Seasons” che hanno un po’ tutti gli hotel a gestione nord americana in giro per il mondo che non mi entusiasmano. Secondo me l’errore più grande di questo tipo di hotel è voler sempre imporre la propria filosofia aziendale in ogni contesto territoriale senza mai sforzarsi di capire, interpretare e sviluppare la cultura locale. Un hotel di lusso in Kazakistan non dovrebbe essere uguale ad un hotel di lusso a Parigi o negli USA. Ma sono discorsi che faccio sempre quando vado in un Four Seasons, in un Hyatt, in un Intercontinental o appunto in un Ritz-Carlton come questo. Comunque hotel di qualità. Una menzione la voglio fare alla executive chef del ristorante italiano, Oriana Tirabassi. Abbiamo provato per ben due volti i piatti del suo ristorante e, pur essendo un po’ scettico all’inizio perché è difficile pensare di incontrare della buona cucina italiana a tanti migliaia di chilometri dall’Italia, devo dire che mi ha stupito. Ottimi piatti realizzati con cura e con una fantasia ancor più encomiabile perché siamo ad Astana. Poi come persona, devo dire, è molto simpatica e questo non guasta affatto. Ottima colazione la mattina e di qualità eccelsa. Personale ottimo e disponibile ad ogni mia richiesta.

I've spent an incredible weekend at the Ritz. Hotel feels brand new & room automation is amazing. But what really made my stay unforgettable is outstanding care from the staff of the hotel & lobby bar. I want to thank Nigina, Berke, Adil & Gulden for that experience.

I am really writing this review for Mokki restaurant but don't seem to be able to do this at the moment, some glitch in the system (apparently I can only write reviews anbout the same location once a month))). So I am writing it here. We had brunch today for Easter and everything was great, from the welcome at the hotel doors (by Ulykbek who did not just open the reception doors for us but also the car doors, and directed me to the elevator that goes straight to the restaurant without having to go through he shopping center) to the food, Fabio ( the chef), Denis ( the sommelier), Jean-Francois ( the dessert chef), Altynay (our server) and everyone there really. Always a great time at Mokki and the Ritz-Carlton. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, delicious food, functional, modern and cozy rooms. The Ritz Carlton in Astana is a first-class, modern hotel with a very friendly and excellent staff. Everyone is very warm, welcoming, smiling and makes you feel at home. Nurzhamal, Ulybek, Nigina, Gulmira, Gulden … are just a few names to mention for the excellent hospitality. I stayed a few times in the last months and will definitely stay there again when I return to Astana!
