錫辛赫斯特城堡農場旅館(Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse)

Ambiance très cozy et très British pour cette gentilhommière très confortable et parfaitement calme, dans le cadre historique du château. Lits excellents, salon très agréable, service très dévoué. Excellents petits-déjeuners. Salles de bains un peu exiguës mais bien équipées. C'est mon deuxième séjour de plusieurs jours. Voiture conseillée.

Ambiance « Château à la campagne » dans un bel environnement; accueil charmant; propreté parfaite; chambre confortable; thé et pâtisseries offertes à 16h. Le plateau-repas du soir est très généreux mais toujours le même si vous séjournez plusieurs jours. Internet sans faille. Je recommande pour les adultes. Voiture indispensable !

If you're traveling to Sissinghurst Gardens, there is simply no better place to stay. I would hazard a guess that the Farmhouse is closer to Sissinghurst than the Sissinghurst's own parking lot. The rooms are lovely and well-appointed. Tea is served in a gorgeous indoor sitting room. If the weather is good, take your cream tea to outdoor tables overlooking the Farmhouse's expansive vista. Definitely have a slice of the blueberry lemon drizzle cake. Scrumptious. The owners are the real highlight here. So kind and welcoming. I can't wait to come back with my 82-year-old mom. She'll appreciate the Farmhouse's discreet elevator.

We have just returned from a two night stay at this fabulous venue. The attention to detail and the overall professionalism of Anna and her team were second to none. We will definitely return to this beautiful part of Kent and we know where we will be staying.

Lovely cosy bnb next to Sissinghurst garden. It really feels like staying in a country house, and the owners are super friendly and helpful, especially as we let them know beforehand that one of us has changed their name because they are transitioning, and they were fine about it. We stayed over the Easter weekend, and they had put up some decorations, and gave guests a chocolate egg on Easter Sunday, which was a nice touch. There is afternoon tea served in the cosy sitting room, where guests can just sit and read while listening to the birdsong and enjoying the calm of the gardens outside. There is an honesty bar too if you want an evening drink, though we didn't have anything as we went to the pub in the village. We had a room with a corner view of the tower. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and with a nice bath. Everything nicely furnished with solid fittings and furnishings. Definitely somewhere to go for a quiet break. Breakfast was cooked to order, and all with local fresh ingredients well presented. Highly recommended. Everything was so calm and peaceful. The nearby village pub does upmarket dinners in the evening; it was about 20 minutes walk along the driveway and the road. My only wish for an ideal stay would have been to get early or reduced price access to the gardens for bnb guests, but it didn't matter that this isn't possible as the gardens are my favourite in the UK and I would visit them regardless. The spring bulbs and blossom were in full bloom and it was just magical. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast. Don't be misled by "farmhouse" - this place is really a small country house. But we experienced an irritation when checking out. Anna, the co-owner, refused to let us leave our car there while we toured the garden, although there was plenty of room. She said that the entrance gate would have to be closed. Having relocated our car and toured the garden, we passed the gate 90 minutes later. It was still open.

Beautiful period farmhouse with super friendly hosts. Anna and Richard made us very welcome, the breakfasts and afternoon tea are excellent and the bed was very comfortable with beautiful views from our room. We did the Chapel Down package which was great but would happily return for a stay at this wonderful B&B - highly recommend.
