阿魯沙鄰近Arusha Community Church的飯店

Although the gardens look nice, the lobby and rooms are nice, that is about where it ends. The housekeeping standards and service quality issues leave a lot to be desired. I travel enough that I know what a reliable standard is - and this hotel isn’t it. A laundry list of problems shows that the staff is not properly trained and the management over housekeeping and rooms is not training their staff properly or not. Checking their work in the rooms, or both. A sample of the issues: - room not cleaned or serviced all day. - towels not replaced and left with none - carelessly letting window curtains get caught in sliding door so that air conditioning won’t go on - No potable water left in the room At all - Broken air conditioning - doorknobs missing on the drawers - not answering the phone at guest services after multiple tries - stains on upholstered furniture - Stains on “clean” towels - dry rough and worn towels worthy of a 2 * hotel - lack of hot water in the shower And the list goes on… How can a hotel that holds itself out at this level have such bad service quality details? Doubt I will be back here for a visit, but I have had similar bad experiences at other gran Meliá properties, so is there a pattern here on lower housekeeping and room standards? Wifi was good. Bed was a bit too firm. Had a work desk and large panel TV. Small safe available in room as well.

This is a beautiful old coffee plantation estate turned into a hotel. The main building is the bar, reception, restaurant. The rooms are beautiful 'hut' dispersed around the property. We got there at midnight after traveling from Amsterdam and were surprised by a delicious hot meal! Our waiter, Zainab, cheerfully welcomed us to Arusha and Tanzania (karibu - welcome). All the meals were excellent, good selections of wine, all staff friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful with monkeys running around. One of the gardeners took us around to see their kitchen garden and 5 different kinds of bananas! Rooms beautifully appointed with mosquito netting, lots of hot water, beautiful view of the grounds. Wonderful place to recuperate from many plane rides.

酒店位置比較偏，進酒店的路不太好，酒店裡麪環境還是可以的，越野車車開過去可以，要用GPS導航，酒店服務非常好，早餐一般也還行，房間牀很大，設施一般但很齊全，酒店性價比高，推薦

這是我們8天坦桑尼亞野生動物園之旅的起點。我們在這裏度過了第一個晚上 - 遇到了一個熱情的歡迎小組,並指派了我們的個人工作人員“祈禱上帝” - 我們整個時間都得到了很好的照顧,我們做了一個好朋友!多麼美麗的咖啡小屋,食物很棒,服務和令人難以置信的房間/平房。平房豪華寬敞。我們也喜歡娛樂猴子:)遍歷整個酒店。工作人員和服務是一流的!謝謝所有人,特別是Praygod!

Pleasant and quiet hotel near the city center. Friendly staff and offering a small but good breakfast buffet.

Sehr neuwertiges Hotel mit toller Ausstattung und Design. Haben ein guten Deal gefunden und deswegen dort hin. Für den Preis war es super und die Leute sehr zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist gleichzeitig etwas gehobener für den Tansania Standard. Leider will ich keine 5 Sterne geben, da auch hier oberhalb der Zimmertüre keine Scheibe verbaut ist und damit wieder so laut ist das man alles von aussen hören kann. Solang es draussen also ruhig ist kein Problem, sobald aber Mottorräder, Hähne oder Leute Lärm machen kann man nicht mehr schlafen, was schade ist, da es nach unserer Safari zum entspannen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft war. Es gibt eine Klima im Zimmer also verstehe ich sowieso nicht, wieso man hier noch oberhalb der Türe Lüftungsgitter anbringen muss. Die Klima zieht die feuchte raus und lüften kann das Personal jedes Mal, wenn sie das Zimmer machen.
