Les +: - emplacement agréable dans la belle partie de Flaine - location de skis, supérette, ESF et restaurant au pied de la résidence - appartement très bien conçu (nous avions pris le 6 personnes) - literie confortable - vue montagne splendide - piscine, jacuzzi, hamam et sauna très agréable et à température -Navettes pour station - Prêt de matériel pour fondue, crêpe party et raclette Les - : - Mauvaise gestion des check-in et check-out (queue de 30min à l’arrivée et au départ). - Ascenseurs non paramètrés extrêmement agaçants (monte quand on appuie sur un bouton d’étage inférieur et inversement) - Équipement cuisine à minima

L’établissement est très bien, propre, confortable . Le personnel est très agréable. Il est situé proche de la station de Flaine à 12 minutes des Carroz d’Araches. L’été il y a des navettes entre Cluses et Flaine. Il y a un arrêt proche du Pierre et Vacances. Elles s’arrêtent assez tôt en fin de journée, il est donc impossible d’imaginer passer la soirée en dehors de l’établissement (à moins de reprendre sa voiture). Personnellement, nous pensions que l’établissement était plus proche d’arrache la Frasse, des Carroz qui sont des lieux plus authentiques, plus montagnards que Flaine qui est trop bétonnée à notre goût (pour skier c’est peut-être moins gênant visuellement que l’été sans neige…). Nous étions deux dans un logement pour 4 personnes. Il était très bien équipé, très propre. En revanche, malgré que nous avions demandé une vue montagne et une chambre au calme, 2 mois avant notre arrivée, par message et par téléphone (72h avant), on nous a placé juste au dessus de la réception (appartement 207). La réception nous a dit que c’était parce que nous venions du dimanche au dimanche…Nous avons subi d’importantes nuisances sonores tard le soir et dès 5h00 du matin (livraisons, fumeurs qui sortent et s’expriment très fort, poubelles, arrivées, départs etc.) et nous étions face au chantier du nouveau complexe Belambra avec de gros travaux (taille de pierre, terrassement, livraison, camions chantier etc.)…Nous sommes repartis encore plus fatigués qu’à notre arrivée et 10h de route

Super séjour passé au sein de la résidence. Tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un agréable séjour. L’accueil est souriant. Restaurant, supérette, commande de pain au sein de la résidence sont vraiment un vrai plus. La piscine, le jacuzzi vu sur les montagnes, sauna, hamman. Peignoir mis à disposition… Le centre de la station est accessible à pied en moins de 10 minutes Plusieurs randos peuvent se faire au départ de la résidence

We stayed at the hotel for a week in December, and it was the perfect family location, offering ski-in and ski-out convenience. The swimming pool and sauna were an extra bonus after a whole day on the slope. The staff was absolutely amazing, going the extra mile to find us a better room with a perfect mountain view. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

We stayed here with our 1 and 3 year old kids. The apartment was immaculate and the facilities were ideal for us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There is a play area in the foyer and they provided us with a "baby pack", which consisted of a cot, high chair and changing mat. I would strongly recommend this place and would happily return with our 2 in future years.

Great self catering hotel. Stayed in a 2 bed Mountain View apartment which was lovely. Could ski and out or get the bus and lift into centre. Can order pastries for breakfast for next day. Ski passes required for ski and out which can work out expensive if only using beginner slopes. Restaurant lovely, ski hire shop on site very convenient. Town easy to navigate after a couple of days. Perfect for beginners. plenty of blue runs which are on the more difficult ens of the spectrum. we had great conditions over new year but was very busy

We went in Feb 2022 but can’t select that date The apartment was nice , ski in and out is easy, ski hire shop and spa are all in the same building and pool is excellent which makes things easy , we have stayed at the sister apartments close by but these are better and worth the extra money . I don’t think they are big enough for four people .. Flaine is a good ski resort for beginners and intermediates

Fantastic stay in a one bedroom apartment with my 7 yr old grandson. Swimming pool was a great bonus. No complaints. Would definitely return with all the family next time. Easy access to ski slopes and/or ski bus. Spar shop, Ski school, Ski hire shop and great restaurant are all on on site but other shops, supermarkets, bakeries etc are all in easy walking distance.

Better than expected stayed in 6 bedroom apartment 2 bathrooms well stocked kitchen full of gadgets, only downside was parking £25 and no guarantee of a space as we were late back each evening after watching 5 stages of the TDF
